It was now dinner time,with all guests sitting across the large wooden table with beautiful designs carved on it.
They were enjoying the food when suddenly a king said out loud.
Jabe[King of Antranolt]:The food tastes totally unreal queen!I need to know who made such delicious food!
[He said making the other kings and queens agree as Nalthis smiled,with jealousy plastered on her face as she looked at her husband]
Lumar:Ah yes Jabe! She is a new maiden here,started from today!want me to call her on?
[he asked making Nalthis annoyed till she couldn't bear it so she did something]
Nalthis:I wouldn't really suggest that,she gives me bad vibes.And also,no one can just make such food without any support from other maidens..
[she spoke, gaining attention from all the guests as King Jabe's wife spoke out]
Almirah:Nalthis, you do know how pathetic you sound right now right?just because you don't participate in kitchen work and don't have any knowledge ke experience doesn't mean every woman is like that-
[She was about to complete her sentence when she recieved a disgusted glare from all the kings present there,and she knew if she didn't apologise or save herself, she would have to face consequences ]
Almirah:You guys got my humour r-right? Haha![She said playing it off as everyone laughed including Nalthis,though she knew it wasn't a joke]
"So is it alright if I get the chance to meet the talent lady who created such delicious food?" King Jabe said, forgetting what just happened now as everyone agreed with him, excluding Nalthis,she hated how a maid,who could only cook get so much attention?
Nalthis:Oh jabe,you are acting as if it's some food dropped from heaven itself! [She spoke with a chuckle as he replied]
Jabe: Nalthis,you described it really well!
