Aditi's POV :

I was sitting on my dining table with my family, having dinner. I ate my food and then turned towards dad. "Dad I wanted to ask you something." He turned towards me, and raised his eyebrow to let me speak further.

"Actually dad, I met Karan and Advik who are good friends of Kritika. We all are in the same college, and Karan is in my class. So because we have the same subjects and schedule, we thought that maybe we can travel together. He drives his scooty to college and today I came with him. If you don't have any problems can I go with him?" I asked nervously looking towards him.

My dad is not a very strict type of person, at least not for me and Pihu, but he takes care of us, and is protective for us. "Does he live nearby?" He asked leaving his food and concentrating on the conversation. "Ye_s dad, in the same lane, 2-3 houses away." I replied trying to be confident. Obviously this conversation was not very comfortable and yes I had to take permission from my dad for this.

"Okay beta, if you feel comfortable you can go with him. Just keep your phone active and call me whenever you want to. If sometimes you want me to come, I'll drop and pick you up. Just be comfortable and safe." He smiled at me and told me to take care of myself.
I know my dad trusts me and he'll never deny me for anything. He's always there for me.

"Thank you dad" I smiled back looking at the trust and love he has for me. As I stood up from my chair, Pihu spoke "Didi wo aapka boyfriend to nahi hai na?"
(Sis, he isn't your boyfriend right?)
and started smirking. Oh god, this girl, she won't leave me alone. "No pihu, he isn't my boyfriend. And you should focus on your studies rather than focusing on my love life. Boards hain na tere iss saal?" (You have board exams this year right?) I smirked. I know she gets irritated whenever someone asks her that. The same was my reaction when I had my board exams.

She sulked and continued eating while blabbering something. I went back to my room and got into my night dress. Now I have to tell Karan. How should I start the conversation? I opened his chat. My thumbs were dancing on the keyboard, while I was deciding how to start the conversation.
