I sigh, pulling into the parking lot of my workplace seeing (random ass name)'s car in her parking spot "Here we go" I say grabbing my apron from the back of my car and exiting the car tossing it over my body and tying it. Entering the cafe I see a few people sparingly placed around drinking coffee and some just working on stuff typing away.
I then hear a small gasp and see (random name you chose) behind the counter holding a rag, cleaning a mess she made "Y/N!" She says loudly rushing from behind and hugging me, "we have so much to catch up on!" She grabs my hand and pulls me behind the counter and to the break room sitting me down.
For the next few minutes we talked about how the last few days have been just talking about whatever and then I told her about how writing my number on Pezzy's cup of coffee went. "So you remember how I put my number on Pezzy's cup? My crush from middle school to high school?" She nods eagerly placing her chin on the palm of her hand, "well we kinda- sorta- definitely have been talking for a few weeks now and have started dating" I say smiling and dipping my head down to hide my blushing face as she squeals with excitement. "OH MY GOD Y/N!!! I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN!!" She yells standing up and squealing "hush, we have to get back to work" I say standing up and walking out of the break room and starting to take people's orders.
Time to like 2 hours before the end of your shift
I wiped down the counters removing any stuck coffee and sugar from them, the lunch rush was now over and I was exhausted. I spilled coffee on myself so I was drenched and that's when a ding radiates through my mind and I look up and see Pezzy with Grizzy and Droid. I smile and dip my head down as my face becomes red again and I hear a chuckle looking up. I see Pezzy leaning against the counter just looking at me lovingly, he just smiled as I giggled and he blinked a few times before rubbing his eyes.
"This is the first place we met, crazy how I'm back here staring at the beautiful person I get to call my girlfriend" he says as I blush more and Grizzy and Droid burst out laughing. "Smooth Pezzy'' Droid says with a laugh which makes Pezzy roll his eyes before looking at me again. "Has work been good? Do I need to get you out of here?" He questioned looking at my face as I shook my head no, "my shift ends in an hour, don't worry" I say with a smile as he nods and sighs, "I wish you were already back home. So we can hang out and watch dumbass videos with the guys" He says pointing to Grizzy and Droid who had brought laptops and began working on stuff, I presumed editing. "I'll be home soon, if you don't stop yapping then time will go by faster. Now shoo customers" I say softly shoving him away with a giggle as people came in and I began to receive their orders.
End of shift
Closing the door behind me with Pezzy, Droid and Grizzy following it was now the end of my shift and I was exhausted and I wanted to sleep. "Droid, take Y/N's car back to the house me and Grizzy are gonna take her home" Pezzy says picking me up allowing for my legs to wrap around his waist and my arms to loosely draped around his neck as I relaxed my body.
