NO POV

Izuku smiled in satisfaction, seeing that his plans for vengeance were all going smoothly. Heroes and self defense forces, aswell as some of the Japanese military were attempting to halt his plans and stall for time until reinforcements could arrive and take care of him, however they were having little luck in making any real progress. At best, the situation had devolved into a stalemate, with neither sid being able to destroy enough of the other fast enough to do any lasting damage. Thr most that they had managed to do was evacuate civilians from the area and prevent Izuku's army from causing any more major damage, not that he minded that too much. He relished the challenge and the thrill of the fight. The adrenaline rush that filled his body was intoxicating for him. Such excitement. Such joy. Feelings that he never got to feel in his old life. But now he was finally able to understand the meaning of true happiness. He was finally able to feel something other than pain. And he absolutely loved every second of it.

Speaking of which, our green haired villain was currently sitting upon the back of a massive beast, soaring above the city below as he stared down at the destruction and chaos that was unfolding below him, letting out an amused chuckle at the sight of everything that he had caused. The world that had tortured him and caused him so much pain was now finally suffering for their crimes. They were feeling the same thing that they had made him feel for so long. The screams of the dying and wounded peons who dared to stand against him were like music to his ears.

Izuku: "Ahhh, what a perfect day for chaos." *chuckles*

Izuku took in everything. The sounds of their screams, the scent of flames and smoke, the sights of buildings being reduced to nothing but ashes and smoldering rubble, all of it was pure, absolute bliss.

Izuku: 'This world is corrupted, and the people who stand in my way are beyond salvation. They will be erased from this world like the weaklings that they are.'

Suddenly, Izuku sensed the presence of someone, no, several beings closing in on his location. Although there was no one of note to him other than one person in particular. A certain rabbit hero, Rumi Usagiyama. Or as she is known as to most people whenever she is on duty, the rabbit hero, Mirko. A small smirk made its way onto Izuku's face as he looked down, seeing her aswell as several other people heroes approaching them. Although he didn't recognize any of the others aside f4om her.

Izuku: 'Hm. I'm guessing they're more desperate than I thought they'd be to get rid of me if they're sending these miniscule insects to take me down.'

He thought that himself, his smirk now growing into a menacing grin from ear to ear. He couldn't wait to finally face one of the top heroes. After all, it would be so thrilling to actually have some kind of a challenge, a true chance to finally get his blood flowing. Oh yes, he would savor every moment of this battle. Every single second of it. And, knowing her, Mirko would do the same thing. Just not for the same reasons.

MIRKO POV

Ugh, I don't get why the hero commission insisted on having me take a bunch of nobodies with me for this! I could take all of these things in myself without even breaking a sweat! All they're gonna do is get in the way and slow me down, and on top of that I'll have to worry about them rushing in and getting themselves killed! This would be so much easier for me if they had sent me by myself! At least then I wouldn't have to deal with this bullshit. One of those monsters, I think they were called grimm or something close to that, not that it matters to me, lunged at me, trying to go straight for my throat. I dodged to the left and caved it's skull in with a kick to the head.
