~~Chapter 4~~

Haruto POV:
I woke up in the morning, 4am, it's still dark outside. I got up and brushed my hair, and threw it into a bun, then went to brush my teeth. The bathroom's outside Sora's room, so I'll be quiet so she doesn't kick off again. I walk into the bathroom and wet my toothbrush. After brushing my teeth, I wash my face. As I wet my face, Sora walks into the bathroom, her hair slightly messy, but it suits her, if you know what I mean. She looks up at me and her eyebrows furrow and her face turns into a frown. She sighs and rubs her eyes as she walks past me to grab her toothbrush. I cant deny the fact that I checked her out a little as she walks past. 

I finish washing my face and she's brushing her teeth while scrolling through tiktok. I walk out, leaving her in peace. In my bedroom, I change into some comfy clothes; a white hoodie and some black combats. I walk out of my room and Sora is in the kitchen are making some toast. she turns around, taking a bite of her marmalade on toast. She looks at me and stares for a few seconds. Then, she...offers me a bite of her toast? I refuse politely.
"Uh-no thanks, Sora." She shrugs and walks away back to the sofa in the sitting area, where she scrolls through Netflix on the Tv. 

I'm on my way back to my room, when I see that Sora's door to her room is wide open. I shrug and decide to take a look inside. Inside, it's well decorated, but reeks of perfume. There's a couple posters scattered around her bedroom walls and her bed is nicely made, with a book laying open near her pillows. I decide to take a quick sneak peak at the book she was reading. I flip through a few pages, scanning the words and genre, but quickly put the book back down. Sora is into that kind of stuff? I take a breath and take another look around before walking back to my room. 

Hours pass, I must have fell asleep or something, because when I woke up, the time said 7:24am. I got up and look around for Sora, since she's not in the sitting are anymore. I checked her room, and she's lounging in her bed, reading again. I knock her door, hoping that maybe we can talk/bond? 

She replies with a simple "Hm?" I enter, and she looks up. "What do you want?" She sighs.
I blink a few times and fidget with my fingers a bit.
"To come in?" I reply. Hoping that she'll say yes, I take another small step inside. She scoffs and puts her book down. She stands up, and walks closer to me. Sora stops right in front of me and waits a few moments, processing what I'd just asked her. She looks at me, her eyebrows furrowed. Oh boy...
"Okay. So we're both just going to ignore the fact that you held me at gunpoint--what, four days ago?"
Okay, she's got a point. I sigh and nod.
"Yeah, but-"
"What do you mean 'but'!?" She interrupts me. "There should be no buts in this conversation. My answer is no. No you can't come into my room. Bye." She says, and tried pushing me out. I don't budge and dodge her shove. She turns around and glares at me. "I said out, Haruto." She spat coldly. I shake my head.
"Just hear me out, Sora!" I plead. Eventually, she sighs and folds her arms.
"Fine." She says.
I sigh in relief and walk towards her. I look down at her and fold my arms.
"Right. Thank you." I take a deep breath. "So, the reason I held you at gunpoint then was..." I swallow. "I was told to. O-ordered. I was ordered." She looks up at me, obviously a little hurt, but she nods.
"Is that so..?" She takes a moment. "..Oh." I sigh and look down. 
"I had to. But I spared you, and that's why were living together now. So you can start taking your meds regularly." I say. She nods and bites her bottom lip. She rolls her eyes and sighs before walking back to her bed and sits on the edge, scooting up to lean on the bed frame before slipping the book into her lap.
"Whatever. Just...don't make a mess." She finally gives in. I smile and walk into her room and sit on the edge of her bed, making sure to keep a distance between us.

Maybe Sora isn't as bad as I thought?

I look around, and notice the scars on her arms again. I thought that maybe I could ask about them. So I did.

"Uhm, Sora..?"
