Three days had passed since your confrontation with Toji and you hadn't seen your father ever since whilst your imagination gnawed at you. You didn't know if he knew, if he did he would have called right?

What if Toji told him about your secrets? With your history, you were nearly sure that he told him, why would he let go this occasion?

You hadn't caught Toji following you to work ever since, but he indubitably did. He was the one who dropped you off and picked you up though, to do was he was 'hired' for. He still displayed his sardonic smirk and smug expression, and you wouldn't dare asking him about if whether he inquired your father or not.

You hadn't really spoke much with him too. There was a distance between you two and that's how it should have been from the start, yet your inhibitions wanted to explode at his face. The bad feeling washing throughout your body for the last days made you restless, your sleep shortened by some nightmares of your distrust for the man.

Toji was scheming something, it was solely your instinct but it never failed you once.

Fogs subdued at a slow pace across the bustling of the streets. The sunset gently embraced the town in its warmth hues of pink and orange gradients with unsuspected tension of what was happening in a nearing street.

You hastily slid down on the floor hiding behind a large cardboard box and put a hand to your comms pressing on it with your fingers. "Suguru, do you receive me?"

Suguru's voice came through and he positively answered by a simple yes.

"I want you and the squad to enter by the backdoor and to settle there while waiting for my order, understand?"

The long-haired man answered tersely as he cut his comms. Following your order, he split his team in two part and motioned for them to get to each side once they're inside.

Suguru simply pushed the door open with one hand and stepped inside carefully- knees slightly bent, his gun at the end of his arms, pointed in front of him.

Flickering lights were gaving a semblance of life in the deserted warehouse. Water droplets was falling on the roof playing its repetitive trickling melody.

Scanning your surroundings you took a few steps further. You motioned to Gojo to follow behind you and he nodded, hastily sliding behind a small container.

You stood up once you made sure there was no movements but you were abruptly pushed against a strong body, arms surrounding your waist and musky scent travelling to your nose. White hair strands tickled your forehead as you looked up at the white head. You expected him to carry his usual expression, a sardonic smirk and that air of arrogance fitting of him, yet he carried none of that.

Instead, he looked at you in frustration, a scowl lightly spreading across his face and you wondered what could had happen for him to look like that, until a voice rose into the air as your ears perceived a screeching sound. As if something was opening like a door... -- no it sounded like a small door, it was not as noisy as a door would be.

You shifted in Gojo's hold to let you go but he tightened around you, his diamond eyes sending you a stare to prompt you to stop moving. His gesture elicited you to cock your brows in sarcasm.

What was that? Looking down on his superior?

Once the mission done, you would be sure to give him an earful about his insubordination.
