Criminally in Love

Chapter 1

This is a story about a man and a woman, the man, Jackson Williams, Interpol agent. The woman, Blair Brooke Balabanov, Russian mafia boss. Blair is a ruthless deadly mafia boss, she started from the bottom and did whatever she had to, no matter how dark it is, to reach the top. For years Interpol has tried to infiltrate the Russian Mafia, each time they have failed badly. Blair is not only ruthless, but incredibly smart, and rumors have said incredibly beautiful.

"Jackson, you are our last chance to get to Blair, to completely end the Russian Mafia." Antonio says in his Spanish accent.

Jackson is a specialist in gaining criminal's trust, but for this type of mission he must get as close as he can to Blair. It is very hard for anyone not to care or fall in love even with a criminal. Jackson has never fallen in love or cared for his targets, which makes him excellent for this mission.

"You will go undercover as Kane Adams, you are a gangster that has moved from the UK. You worked for Arthur White, Mafia boss who was arrested recently, killed before he could make it to prison.. You made an escape before you could get caught and decided to move to Russia." Antonio said. "What about if she searches online and finds that I work for Interpol?" Jackson asks in his British accent. "We have erased any data about you, for all anyone knows, you don't exist." Antonio says. "When will I 'bump' into her?" Jackson asks. "Not so fast, it is very hard to gain her trust, you must get close to her, and as fast as you can without causing suspicion, be her 'lover', but don't make it easy." Antonio says. "Do you know any information about where she'll be anytime soon?" Jackson asks. "Next friday there is a party being held by Antanov Petrov, he is one of the highest esteemed mafia leaders, he admires Blair and works with her from time to time. She will most likely be there, we have the code word to get you into the party." Antonio says. "What is it?" Jackson asks. "We'll tell you the day of, we can't risk it." Antonio says. "Yes, sir." Jackson responds.

"Miss Balabanov." Nikolai, Blair's consigliere says. "Yes?" She responds in her Russian accent. "I have an invitation card from Arthur to a party, next friday." Nikolai says. "Another party? I guess I'll go, what's the code word?" Blair asks. Nikolai walks over with the invitation card, Blair scans the card for the code word, "This man really is obsessed with me." Blair laughs. "I know, it's not my place to say but if you married him, the power you would have would be tripled." Nikolai says. Blair rolls her eyes and scoffs, "And be controlled by a man? No thanks, besides I have plenty of power. I'm the leader of the second most powerful Mafia in the world, and I did it myself." She says. "Very well." Nikolai says.
