Dear Diary,
It's not that I never loved him. I did, with all I had. I did feel butterflies when i looked into his eyes for the first time. I did feel fortunate when he said that he'll be by my side till the end of our lives. I did feel contented when he said I was his only one. But then I don't know HOW, WHY AND WHEN...I just couldn't feel any of it again.

I keep the pen down and close my eyes shut for a brief, just to open them and see as my tears wet the pages and all I can feel is guilt.

It's been a while since I'm feeling this way now. I can't find words to explain my feelings but again...do I even know how I feel?

I shake my head to clear all that's going through my mind. Getting up from my chair I head straight to bed, hoping to get some sleep after spending 2 sleepless nights in a row. Thoughts start to flood my brain the moment my head hits the pillow. Thoughts of him. I close my eyes intending to see nothing but darkness, but to my surprise all I could see was his face. I clench my pillow in a tight hug and cry myself to sleep.

I close the door shut and lean against it.
I had persuaded her to meet up at the park today. I had been trying since ages but she always had an excuse ready.

As I lay down on the bed, I couldn't help but think about the change in her behaviour. I've been trying to ignore it but it seems as if- as if she is drifting away from me.

She doesn't blabber about her day anymore. She doesn't laugh wholeheartedly at my jokes anymore. She doesn't get jealous when I talk about other girls anymore. She doesn't blush at my cheesy pick up lines anymore. She is just not her anymore.

I don't realise when I fall asleep thinking about us.
