Warrior cats 01: Thunderclan's last hope

Introduction

It was dark night in Thunderclan when our dear friend, Nightsky, gave birth to the new kit of Thunderclan. 

-MEAWWWRR- Shouted Nightsky 

-Berryeye!!! Help!!! My mate is going to give birth any minute now!!!- *He'd run to the medicine den and call Berryeye*, he was not there, Milkypaw sat there quietly instead and she asked.

-What happened, Shallowater?  Is there something wrong? You look nervous...- She said with a nervous voice while she got up and walked towards Shallowater. 

- Where is your mentor?! My mate is giving birth!!- He answered, scared. 

-Uhh, let me take some water and some other  to the nursery! you go outta camp, near Riverclan's terrytory, Berryeye is collecting herbs. He might be over there, quickly!!-  She oredered the cat. Shallowater started running. -Run, run!!- She'd say while he gets lost in the dark, it was a foggy night, and you couldn't se farther than 10 tails. Milkypaw arrived to the nursery and talked to Nightsky. 

-Are you ok? How do you feel?- She'd ask.

-I'm ok, don't worry, but where's my mate? And the med-- Nightsky didn't have time to finish her phrase because in that moment two heroic toms appeared in the nursery. There were Shallowater and Berryeye. 

-Hello Nightsky. Are you feeling bad?- Berryeye asked.

-I'm good, just a... bellyache, the cat's bigger than I thought it would be.- She answered smiling. 

-Ok, take this herb- Berryeye said while he gave her some Juniper berries. -Ok, drink some water please, it'll help you.- 

-Thank--. *She'd faint* 

-OK, don't worry, Shallowater, please get out of the nursery, Milkypaw, stay here.- Milkypaw was scared, she loved Nightsky so much, she was always the kindest with her, and now- this...? 

-What'd I do?!?! I gave her Poppy seeds!! But... they aren't poppy seeds, They are juniper berries.... Everyone knows Juniper berries are good for the bellyaches... But... Poppy seeds are bad for queens... What if..- *Remembers when he was collecting Juniper berries*

-Finally! Juniper berries!! *sniffs* They smell like poppy seeds... Well, they aren't so it's ok.-

*Scene finishes*

-The riverclan warrior had poppy seeds, I saw him yesterday, and I went to collect herbs today. He probably took the poppy seed and threw it on the Juniper berries. That's why... but... why would he do that?- Berryeye mumbled. -I can only use Yarrow to make her vomit-  Milkypaw heard everything and fetched some yarrow.

-Here it is, Berryeye.- She said.

-Oh, well thank you milkypaw...- He'd say. Berryeye gave Nightsky the yarrow and she woke up and vomited the poppy seeds. -It's ok Nightsky, it's ok... Don't worry anymore- Berryeye tried to calm the queen. 

-Thank you medicine cat, I finally gave birth!- She said that and then made a sick noise, and layed down again.

-It's my duty to take care of you.- Berryeye said and then he approached to the queen and said. -I'm afraid you have fever, darling, and you might be sick with fever headache and cough for a while, be careful while taking care of your kit, you need more attention than ever, your mate will pass more time with the kitten than you in the first 2 weeks or so. If you don't feel better until then, tell Shallowater to call me, please.- He told Nightsky and gave her some Tansy and Borage, that will help the queen.

-Thank you Berryeye.- She'd say.

-No problem. Bye, Nightsky!-

-Stay, please.- *She meawed softly*

-I-I can't, but I'll come back tomorrow!!- He'd say.

Now, you might be saying, "they look in love", "two lovebirds". But, what happened to Shallowater? Well, Nightsky loves Berryeye, and Berryeye probably loves her too. Shallowater was jealous, and he hated berryeye with all his soul, he started thinking abot ki....

-Let all cats old enough to kill their own enemies gather here!!!- The leader shouted.

Everyone sat in front of the rock and waited for everyone to come.

-All kits with 3 moons stand at front.- (Rubykit and Daisykit stood at front)

-Rubykit, for now on, you will be known as Rubypaw, and your mentor will be... Ivylight!!!- *Rubypaw looked at her new mentor* And then looked at Daisykit, she couldn't stop looking at her, she had big blue eyes and white fluffy hair. She looked as a cloud, and Rubykit thought she was the prettiest cat of all times. Then she realised her mentor was her father!!!! She almost fainted. She liked that she-cat so much.
