Overview Rinoa Kisaki,or Shi, is the Vice-Leader of the Kanto Manji Gang alongside Haruchiyo Sanzu. Two years before Kanto Manji's foundation, Rinoa was the Vice-Captain of the Fifth and later Sixth Division of the Tokyo Manji Gang. In an alternate present timeline, she is Bonten's Number 2.
Appearance Rinoa is a teenage girl of average height and a somewhat muscular build. She has long purple hair, styled in two pigtails, and violet eyes. She also has permanent scarring on the corners of her lips, extending halfway to her cheeks, covered by a black mask similar to Haruchiyo. Her favorite outfit is a white hoodie and a pair of blue jeans shorts. For footwear she wears a pair of black low-heeled shoes. During cold weather, she wears a grey sweater jacket and a pair of black tights.
As a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang, Rinoa wears the standard uniform, however instead of pants she wears a black pleated skirt. After joining Valhalla, she wears the standard gang jacket as well as a black crop top, a matching skirt with thigh-high, black stockings and black sneakers. Later as a member of Tenjiku, she wears the standard gang uniform.
