Ai just put up her two fingers, but doesn't say a word.
Coach Alisa: Okay girls, we're gonna start of with a bit of stretching.
First, they laid their legs out in front of them and grabbed their ankles. Next, they folded one back, and laid down on their backs. After that, they sat criss-cross brought their nose to their toes.
Coach Alisa: Alright everyone, who's ready for warm-ups?
Always Happy B-Komachi member: I am. she said excited.
Depressed B-Komachi member: Oh, here we go again.
Chill member: I'm ready.
Ai: 'Kay. she sounded depressed.
First, they had to do 10 laps around the 106 square feet gym.
A/n: I don't know any vocal training exercises, so I'm just guessing.
Then when they were done the were allowed to go back into the locker rooms for a drink of water, so that's what everyone did. Well, everyone except for Ai. She was not tired at all, also she didn't want to face the serious member after what had just went down. So she sat there in the corner in a ball.
Coach Alisa: You know if you don't want people know how you're feeling, you shouldn't make it so obvious.
Ai sighed.
Coach Alisa: I know you don't like when people ask you this, but what's wrong?
Alisa didn't expect an answer, but Ai handed her the paper that the serious member gave her. Alisa takes the paper and reads it.
Coach Alisa: What the H*** is this? AI YOU WANT TO QUIT?
Ai was startled this was one of the first times she's said her real name, instead of star kid.
Ai: no, it's just-
Coach Alisa: what Ai.
Ai: Someone advised me to quit.
Coach Alisa: Who?!
Ai: Can't say, I tell stories I don't tell on anyone.
Coach Alisa: Well can you at least give me a good reason why?
Ai: I'm reckless, I'm stupid, I risk everything, and I can't change that.
Coach Alisa: You wanna go you're entire life holding back your potential because you hate yourself? Is that what you want? Listen to me, you worrying to much about the things you can't control, that society makes fun of you about, and ain't doin' nothing to change the things you can control. We're not just these walking globs of meat, we're the soul that lives within. If you can master the inside, nothing on the outside can stop you. So stop complaining and do something 'bout it. Ai was silent. Alisa then tore the paper in half and left Ai alone.
Two minutes later, the other girls came out of the locker rooms.
Coach Alisa: Ok idols, it is now time to start practice.
All of the members were rushed out of the locker room. Then they all lined up side by side.
Ai: Let's do my favorite song! she says excitedly.
Coach Alisa: Well Ai, no one else can do that song.
