She was battling against darkness
Trying to hold on to the light
But she lost the battle breathless
Her lungs claimed by the night.

She was drowning beneath the waves
The blood leaving her veins
And then she saw a light
It was you breaking her chains.

Every breath she took with you
Drew her closer to the end
And because you kept falling through
She could never ascend.

You were sinking to the bottom
So she shared with you her last breath
But you anchored her to the city of sodom
Because your soul was already dead.

In the darkness she could finally see
The evil in it's true color and form
It was darker than the deepest sea
And stronger than any storm.

The End.
