Taraji's POV

"Boy what the hell do you want?!" I yelled at Corey on the other line.

"Dang T, I was just calling to see if you and Taisa wanted to come out with us tonight." He said with a high pitched tone. I groaned as I watched Taisa clean up our glasses. Guess I'm not getting any head tonight. Ugh...

"I just had copious amounts of wine, I shouldn't even be walking right now. Rain check." He chuckled on the other line.

"Okay, okay. Yall have a good night then, catch yall later!"

"Who was that?" She asked as she walked back into the living room. She had on a red laced silky robe, when she found time to put that on, I don't know.

"Uh, Corey. He just wanted to see if we'd like to go out with them tonight." She shook her head as she walked up to me with her hand out.

"Nah, there's something else I wanna do tonight. Come on." It should be a crime for how fast I got up and held her hand.

She led me up the stairs and down the hall to her bedroom. The door closed, the sound of the locking mechanism clicked and my body was pushed back against the plush mattress. Her robe became one with the ground. My eyes couldn't look away.

Taisa's POV
Birds chirped as the sun peeked through my drapes and smiled on me. The room was silent, my body experienced a slight shiver. I was naked. The covers were barely on me, my left leg hung off the bed while the other held the weight of a person. I looked down to see that my dream had in fact been real. I was greeted with small hickeys across my chest, down my stomach and placed on my inner thighs. What a night...

As I examined further down, I was met with the perfect set of big round eyes and a smile to match. I grinned, I was happy.

"Goodmorning." I whispered. Taraji bit her lip just before whispering back.

"Goodmorning."

"Were you down there all night?" She giggled.

"Pretty much, I fell asleep while you were playing with my hair. I didn't feel like moving, I was comfortable." She smiled.

"Mmm..." I began playing with her hair the same way I did last night. I didn't want to get up, I just wanted to hold her close all day long.

"Let's stay in bed all day?" I whispered in her ear. She had now moved her body up towards mine.

"I'd like that." She mumbled as she placed her face in the nape of my neck like the perfect puzzle piece. I could get used to this, real bad.

One, two, three hours had passed since we woke, never getting up again after brushing our teeth and washing our faces. We talked about many things, but mainly our relationship. Where do we go from here now? What do we plan to do?

"So... how do you feel about last night?" She asked cautiously. I took a minute to allow my brain to refresh my memory.

"Good as hell, I enjoyed myself. I don't regret a damn thing, and you?"

She grinned as she bit her lip.

"The feelings mutual."

"So, where do we go from here?" I asked.

"Let's start slow, I don't want to rush. Even if we already had sex." I nodded quietly in agreement.

"We keeping it lowkey?" I could hear her brain working as she stared at me.

"yes..." She whispered as to not hurt my feelings or something.

"I'm okay with that, don't need everyone in our business anyway." She sat up and straddled me, her hands on each side of me.

"Promise me something..."

"Yeah?"

"Promise me that no matter what, we will always remain friends in the end. I don't want to lose you." She held out her pinky, I locked it with mine.

"I promise." She smiled as she gently kissed me.
