his men

(Tom's pov)
In my office as my tongue plays with my metal lip piercing, sighing as I crumble up the paper on the desk throwing it somewhere in the room, frustrated as I thought about the continuous sabotage of the wedding as I try and figure it out who.

It can't be bill right? There's possibilities but urgh. And now I'm dealing with business some shit I didn't realize when I had a deal with my mother, loads of shit I forgot how to handle this when I left this mafia thing...now I'm back and all I gotta say it's worth it since I got the love of my life back.

*buzz buzz*

I scrowl slightly as look over at the phone beside me buzzing, I picked it up and answered it "hello?" It was a call from my men

As I got a call from my men I finally hear a voice from the other line saying "sir we have seen ur wife with her friend shopping here in the mall we'll keep a close watch" My men said as I sighed but I told them to keep a close watch since I don't want the last incident happening again

I leans back into my seat in my office as i answered the phone with a calm tone

"How many men is guarding my wife if I may ask"

I asked with calm but annoyed look on my face as i puts the phone on speaker so I  could hear my men could answer my question

My men answered "about 5 sir"

"That's what I like to hear."

I said with the same calm but annoyed tone in a matter of seconds before abruptly hanging up the phone on my men before  leaning forward and let out a annoyed groan as i run my hand through my black cornrow braids

I was growing frustrated of the fact that Blair didn't tell me to ask if she could go shopping so i could go with her to protect her one way or another from any potential danger I was afraid about the past incident happened with bill and all, I pulls out my phone as i dial her phone number before i pressed it against my ear as i waits for her to answer me

*ring, ring*

I waited as my call finally gets answered and I hear her voice saying "hello?"

My face expression soften a bit as i hears her voice through the phone it calmed me down, i close my eyes a bit as I let out a small breath before i spoke..

"Oh there you are, I got a call from my men telling me you went out shopping with your friend love.. why didn't you told me about that love?"

I asked in a soft and deep like tone

"I'm sorry my love I forgot to tell you..you were so busy I didn't want to bother u and filling you up with more to worry and I'm with julie she took me out shopping" She said over the phone I can feel her worry

"Oh love, you could've bothered me and tell me about this.."

I said as I let out a soft sigh before running my hand along my cornrow braids*

"Oh love.. you know I worry so much about you, and I'm glad you're with julie.. can you tell me what store you're in love?"

I asks with a gentle tone, as i grabs a cigarette from my pack and puts it in my mouth before lighting it as I waits for her to answer me

"Oh me and Julie are actually on our way home " She said

"Oh I see.. would you like me to pick you ladies up love?"

I asked as I took another puff of my cigarette and blow out the smoke as i looked out of the window beside me, as i takes a glance at my watch to read the time..

"Your best friend Gustav is picking us up since Julie asked him" She said

I couldn't help but smile a bit after hearing what Blair said, i knew that Gustav was trustworthy so i didn't mind as I lean back into my seat and takes another puff of my cigarette before blowing out the smoke again as I gives a soft and short chuckle before saying

"Ah I see that so that's what he is doing, but love don't go out shopping without me next time okay love?"

I said in as a soft and firm like tone, but it was a gentle and sweet tone at the same time as I wait for her response

"Yes I will, I love you Gustav is here now I'll hung up" She said

"I love you too, and I'll see you at home love."

I said with a soft smile on my face again as I looks out into the window beside of me as i take another puff from the cigarette before blowing out the smoke with another smile on my face as I wait for her to hang up now

I hear a soft chuckle "why aren't u hanging up yet?" She said

I couldn't help but laugh as i took the cigarette out of my mouth as I spoke

"Oh you know me love, I just want to hear your voice just one more time before you hang up."

I said in a playful tone, and a smile on my face again as i takes a another puff from my cigarette and blows out the smoke again

I hear her laugh "I love you I'll hang up now any words u wanna say?"

"I love you too, and hmm.. don't miss me too much love we'll see each other soon."

I took a final puff from my cigarette before putting it in the ash tray as i blow out the smoke again with a smile still on my face as I wait for her to to say her final words

She said "bye love" Before hanging up how adorable

I couldn't help feel happy and at peace again knowing Blair was safe and will come home soon, i place my phone down on my desk and leans back into my chair as i let out a contented breath before i lean my head back against the chair and lets out a soft chuckle to myself I crossed my arms and closes my eyes thinking about her...
