Stacey was looking at him star eyed. Goddess, her craze for video games, she is now talking to him like one will talk with their idol.

As we all are aware about flying tendency of time, Stacey and Jimin just had finished playing yet another round of still unknown video game with a few pointers here and there from Jason, when the clock struck seven in the evening. The new owner of orphanage will be arriving at nine, so we decided to cook a little bit of dinner for her.

Jason offered to cook, and I kicked almost everyone out of kitchen because I know he hardly cooks but when he does he likes to do his magic alone.

But kicking Stacey out seems almost impossible. She is literally worshipping the ground Jason walk on, apparently she always lose from Jimin but today she won.

I too left the duo alone. Everyone was in living room when I went out for a little fresh air. These people are weird but in a good way. I still can't grasp the reason of their aura but I know one thing for sure this place has... Something I don't have a word to define this feeling but.

Agh! Forget it. I decided for a walk not a headache. The cool winds calm my mind somewhat. I was just zoning out when I saw a shadow walking around in the jungle. It was too dark for me to see something clearly in the dense part of the forest. But I think it was a silhouette of a human. I felt a sudden curiosity and an urge to follow that shadow. I had just taken a step toward it when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I was quick to grasp that hand twist the arm and I was quick to let his arm go too when I saw his face.

"You startled me." I said making an innocent face at him while he was still rubbing his sore arm. I'm telling you he is a drama queen I haven't even hurted him, not that much anyway. "And you broke my arm." He muttered but I heard him alright.

"I didn't."
"Yes you did."
"I didn't."
"Yes you did."
"You are just being a sore loser, you are scared Stacey will win another round too and that's why your acting hurt, so you don't have to play." I caught his act. I'm so smart na.

" Hump! I can still win even though you broke my arm." He said with his cheeks full. Aww. He sure looks like a mochi.

"Like you just did. Sore looser." I messed his hair a little and ran back inside. That shadow long forgotten in our banter.

But coming inside was mistake too. Don't even ask,  it become a little awkward for me and Crystal after that. The same thing was seen by Jimin to too but he was busy in pulling Hobi leg to feel the awkwardness in the air.

"I saw nothing." Although I did saw them sucking on each other face still I said it to clear the awkward air but it only turn her more red. So I just excused myself and went back to kitchen where I saw both Jason and Stacey cooking. I'm happy to see him smile, a genuine one, after a long time.

"You guys done?" I asked them, I know him well enough. This man can make any dish from scratch in a snap, so I believe he can cook dinner in an hour too.

"Yeah! We made our favourite chicken rice and salad and of course welcome dinner is incomplete without an apple pie." Jason said still smiling. He is making me extremely curious with all these smiles now.

And a welcome party is incomplete without a gift too, even a small one at that, which apparently we all forget. So at last minute it was decided that Hobi and Crystal will go to get something as a token of welcome but it was decided by a sore looser Jimin at last moment that Stacey should go too, to stop any kind of unnecessary delay.

As they all left to get the gift and Jimin went out to take a call from his parents, when I turned to Jason with a curious look.

He just let out a long sigh. "Stacey is my kin. klironómos mou. And you know the worst part is, she will be sixteen in two months."

I wasn't expecting this answer. Not at all. Still wide eyed and a little bit hopeful that I'm at right track here, stars haven't lied to me when they mentioned my destiny and future of my kingdom.

"Are you sure? I mean you must be sure..." Nodding my head a little at my obvious question. He was a perfectionist he won't be here if he wasn't sure about this."... But how?" Stacey is going to be 16 in a two months and Yvette is in coma state for last 14 years, if that's true then why had she lied about her miscarriage. We all know no one can protect the baby better than Jason here. Why? He was the one who protected me too since my mom got herself injured in that attack.

He understood my questioning look but he just shook his head. I can see confusion and anger in his eyes, so I let it go and asked the only things that matters the most now.

"Her birthday is in two months. We have to earn her trust and tell her the truth too."

I addressed the elephant in the room otherwise it will mess things up badly, if we suddenly bring things up about her parentage now. We had seen what she feels for my guardian when he was here to drop me.

"I had decided I will tell her after this month. It better to prepare her up for everything."

I was about to say something but the doorbell rang, I guess it's the new owner as Crystal has her own set of keys.

I rushed to open the door with a little smile on my face, I just find out I had a little sister after all, I'm so happy.

I had opened the lock when Jason and Jimin both joined me.

The new owner is an exact replica of her grandmother, just an inch taller and wrinkle free face but same sharp and full of knowledge brown eyes. I was about to say hi, when Jason fell... Unconscious.

Author note : So why do you guys think Jason or Jacob fall unconscious here? Comment what you feel might be a reason.

And here is a pic of our new owner...
