Behind The Smile

Part 1 Chapter 1: Introduction

The story starts with our protagonist, Liam Thompson, sleeping in bed, it is the first day of his senior year of high school. He's excited for this day to see his friends, ones he's hung out with since the very beginning of high school. The school is weird and wacky and its code of conduct isn't quite clear, some students are quirky and others gain much more concerning traits. It's where just about anything could happen, but little does Liam know, this school year will be one of his craziest ones yet. The alarm clock rings and Liam decides to ignore it and sleeps in more, Liam sleeps for five more minutes, and the alarm goes off once more making Liam fall out of his bed, his mother walks into the room.

Liam's Mom: Liam! It's time for school, you can't be sleeping in on your first day.

Liam: Sorry about that mom, I didn't mean to not be awake.

Liam's Mom: Just go get breakfast and get to school.

Liam: Alright Mom I will!

Soon Liam changed into his favorite outfit for school had breakfast and walked out the door he walked to his school and met up with his friends 5 girls who were foreign transfer students and his odd friend who wore a mech suit to school day every day that he recently met during his time at Libertad High as Liam sees Kevin they both wait for Yui, Ritsu, Mio, Tsumugi, and Azusa, all of them are kind of celebrities within the school, their music is popular, and they gain a lot of respect from most of the people at the school. Liam hangs around the girls as he enjoys their presence but the roots of their friendship dove deeper as the first time the girls come from Japan they aren't welcomed at first by the other students only a few students defend them but Yui was the target of bullying however Liam comes to her defense but he also was a target for bullying however around that time he met Kevin who had zero tolerance against bullying Kevin was the former student president who swore to clean the school of bullying and made the school a safe haven for everybody however this year all the evil will show its roots and give our heroes a lot of trouble.

Kevin: You're late

Liam: Sorry I overslept, come on pal can you forgive me?

Kevin: (sigh) Next time I will blow your phone up with a bunch of calls.

The Bus arrives and the K-ON band girls arrive with the boys as well as other people passing by.

Yui: Konichiwa boys!

Liam: Hey Yui, hey girls!

Kevin: What's up?

Random Student: Hey Kevin!

Random Student: Yo Kevin you gotta train me

Kevin: maybe

Ritsu: you train people?

Kevin: Yeah I used to be in the wrestling team before I was the student president and I used to play a lot of Final Fight and my favorite character is Mike Haggar from Final Fight and he was the reason how I was before

Ritsu: Oh I love that game!

Kevin: Yeah I play that game a lot on my grandpa's Super Nintendo

Liam: Well, did you guys forget it's our senior year this year?

Mio: Wait what? What are you talking about Liam?

Tsumugi: He means it's our senior year of high school! When we get to the school I'll make some tea in our usual spot to celebrate!

Azusa: Well it isn't senior year for me, unfortunately.

Liam: Nani?!

Kevin: Oh I remember now you got held back.

Liam: Maybe due to our influence you could graduate early.

Kevin: I still have some power within me when I was still Student president. I can give you those tests to bump yourself up if you want Azusa.

Azusa: That would be nice, let me know if you can, I really want to graduate with you guys.

Liam: So Yui, are you excited for school?

Yui: Yeah I am!

The school bus pulls up to the bus stop and everyone there boards it. They all take their seats and the seven of them make sure they all sit near each other on the bus, ready to go to school. When they get recognized the people on the bus go crazy for them.
