after all dancing they celebrate holi in grand manner after that they all bid each other aaru comes to birlas house manjiri says first we all ladies will take bath and come then gents will be take bath 

harsh says fine go fast and come abhi asks aaru how is leg burning she says i am fine abhi they all go take bath and come now gents go and take bath and come all ladies to go to kitchen to prepare food

they prepare food by the time everyone comes they all sit for lunch abhi says as soon you came here you started to work he makes her sit shivu comes aaru she says shivu baby come let have lunch abhi says i will feed shivu says no i will feed her he says i am her husband shivu says i am baby so i have first right they both were fighting aaru haves her lunch and goes abhi says aaru manjiri says she had her lunch you both keep fighting for her 

abhi says challenge  i will win they both have thier lunch and go towards aaru room the room was locked and two notes were sticked shivu baby aaru loves so much but i don't like u fighting like because of me your both are fighting and chootu baby thinks because of that you both are fighting and baby will not have food properly and if you want that you do like this

abhi what is fighting with the kids i understand your love but fighting with his will give any solution your big and mature what is this i really don't like this if this continue i will go to london or i will stay with some where else i don't like you people fighting for me okay

if you agree for this only i will come to have dinner otherwise i will not have anything and stop fighting with shivu okay

abhi and shivu says sorry aaru we will not do this next time 

and they go down manjiri asks what happened shivu says we will make her favourite things abhi says fine and does that all 

it was dinner time aaru comes down shivu and abhi says sorry to her she says promise me you will not fight again with for this they says promise

she asks maa what have u done it is so yummy she says dear today it is been cooked by abhi and shivu they take her and make to sit and feeds her she says wow so yummy

they feed her ghee paratha and etc so many things she says i am done they says aaru last bit please have it they say no i cannot have it i am done they says for the baby and she haves it 

after that abhi and aaru walk for sometime she says i missed so much during this time he says even me she asks how is everyone he says everyone is fine you don't worry about that

they walk for sometime then they go thier room abhi says aaru it is been almost 1 week we got to no about our baby she says yes abhi he says there is no increase in your belly she says abhi slowly it increases after 3 months get over you can see it little once 5 month starts then you can see from then it increases gradually but till than that you cannot see 

i will be happy otherwise i will feel so difficult to do work abhi says aaru then also we can manage 

she says let me how much you will love me he says even i have 100 babies i will love u more than anyone she says really she says yes 

he says fine let sleep now they both go thier room and sleep aaru sleeps abhi also sleeps abhi in dreams he see a beautiful babies he sees how beautifully there were 

one boy and one girl he feels so happy how aaru and abhi was managing them how was thier life

this beautiful dreams ends with sunlight falling on them aaru wakes up abhi also wakes up

she asks why are you smiling he says i saw in dream twins she asks what he says yes she says abhi what are u saying he says there were so cute one girl baby and one boy baby she says abhi please do not scare me he says aaru i just saw i did not tell you we are having twins 

she says if he have also it is really difficult to handle them abhi says nothing is difficult she says abhi how much i will go through it is only i know please says thousand things but the pain should be taken by me only how much you support me my pain will not reduce i should bear that all the changes also i should bear it is not easy as we think it

he says i know but aaru i am with you with each and every phase of your life she says i know that she says we have hospital also get ready aaru goes and get ready 

abhi also comes manjiri comes and does pooja they all have breakfast manjiri asked who prepared today breakfast staff says we madam she says what breakfast is this aaru says maa it is proper only she says dear roti is so flat as paper do we make like this aaru it is okay maa at least they did not burden us with the work they have helped us

they all have the breakfast

they all leave for work aaru and abhi reaches hospital they go do thier respective work aaru was tightly packed with deliveries she completed all the deliveres

and goes thier cabin abhi was waiting to have lunch they have lunch nurse says mam there some delivery please come aaru goes the whole day was in ot only delivering babies

some were pre mature some were on time some were on due so many cases all together today

she had she comes and sits abhi says i am done she says i am also done they leave and on the way aaru says abhi stop the car golgappa they have golgappa and they reach thier home 

manjiri says come fresh up and come they all fresh up and come mahima says we don't have deliverers only aaru says taji i had today almost 20 delivery what are you saying this whole week only delivery i have she says what aaru she says yes abhi says me also we had some  many surgeries

the whole day we were in ot i took care of normal delivery c section were some 10 that they looked after

harsh says the gynecologists' team says we did not have any patience she says some problem but we were filled today 

harsh says come let have dinner they all go to have dinner aaru asks maa what have u prepared she asks why dear the smell is so irrigating i am unable to bear that abhi asks what happened she says don't know abhi i am not feeling well he says come let go out they go out and sit she feels relaxed she says what are making so bad smell the neighbour was cooking non veg she says non veg smell my god they come inside 

they go thier room and sit their she says this better abhi brings her food and feeds her she says enough abhi says little she says no and goes to puke everything what she had

manjiri asks what happened abhi says she puked everything manjiri asks aaru what will u have she says laapsi she asks what is that she says it is a sweet dish i love that

manjiri says fine i will prepare and come manjiri calls swarna and asks how to prepare laapsi she tells her she prepares it and gives it to aaru she says wow maa it is amazing she haves that

she feels happy manjiri says thank god she ate at least
