Chapter 10

~ 3rd Person POV ~

Taehyung finished up his dinner before walking into the kitchen. He placed his dishes in the soapy water and looked at Jungkook who was sitting at the table

" What are you doing?" Taehyung asked as he over to see Jungkook drawing in a book

" Oh, I'm finishing my current tattoo design. It took me a while but at least I got it down" Jungkook said as he looked down at the design

It took the boy a long ass time to finish it. But, creating designs

" What do your tattoos mean?" Taehyung asked as he saw some of his tattoos peeking from under his sweater

Taehyung has seen his tattoos but he never asked him what they meant. He wanted to but he was stubborn as hell

" Oh, since when do you ask me questions? " Jungkook said while laughing a little and taking a bit out of his paste

" I was just asking a question or would you like for me to go back to ignoring you like you don't exist in my house?" Taehyung asked as he placed his hand on his hips

" Well, most of my tattoos are drawn by me of course. I don't like picking them out, I prefer to draw them, it's more meaningful if you asked me " Jungkook said as he raised his sleeves

" Rose on the neck for me is a symbol of life and love," Jungkook said as he motioned the rose on his neck. Jungkook had multiple tattoos on both of his arms

" um let's see, I have a tattoo with my birthday," Jungkook said as he showed the tattoos on his wrist

" I have a tattoo with my parent's name. It's on my ankles. They can be a bit of an asshole sometimes because they didn't approve of all of my tattoos but I love them to death and I wouldn't trade them for anything" Jungkook said as he lifted his pajama pants, his parent's names on each of his ankles

" Um...I have a rising sun under my ear, it means the new rising of a new life. I have a moon under that. It symbolizes the afterlife " Jungkook said as he pointed to under his ear, letting Taehyung see the tattoos

" Why would you have something that symbolizes the afterlife?" Taehyung asked, nothing understanding why jungkook would have that tattooed on his body

" We all are going to die, let's be honest. I have it tattooed on me because I don't want to be scared of dying. I want to be happy I lived. That's what the sun is for. Sun equals life, moon equals death. Both are going to happen so why not, you know?" Jungkook said and Taehyung nodded his head

Taehyung was a little shocked at Jungkook's wise words. Jungkook did have a passion for tattoos

" I have the moon phases on one of my arms. The phases of the moon tattoo stand for purity, dreams, magic, mystery, eternity, and shadows. It is similar to celestial and coffin tattoos but I just like the moon tattoos better " Jungkook said while laughing a little

Taehyung was fascinated by Jungkook's tattoos. He always found them very meaningful and was thinking about getting in when he turned 17

"Did it hurt?" Taehyung asked him. Jungkook seemed to have the most painful placed tattoos on his arms

" I have a high pain tolerance so it didn't hurt me as much but I can't say the same thing for everyone since everyone since everyone has different pain tolerance," Jungkook said while laughing a little

" I don't think I have a high pain tolerance. I cry when I get a paper cut " Taehyung said frowning a little. He wanted a tattoo but he doesn't think he'll be about to handle the pain

" Then maybe getting a tattoo won't be the easiest. You'll probably have to wait until your pain tolerance goes up. The most tattoos I got, the more it didn't hurt but I can't say the same thing for everyone " Jungkook said while shrugging his shoulders

" Maybe I just won't get one...I can't handle the pain that well and it looks like it hurts " Taehyung said looking at his tattoos

Jungkook must have a high pain tolerance

" How long have you had them?"

" I got my first tattoos when I was 18 legally so I've had most of my tattoos for two years," Jungkook said and Taehyung nodded his head a little

He was craving something sweet so he looked on top of the fridge and saw his candy box

" What are you doing?" Jungkook asked as he looked up. The tattooed boy drew the final touches to one of his tattoos

" I'm getting candy, what does it look like?" Taehyung said as he rolled his eyes, trying for the Candy box

" Yeah no, I'm not letting you eat a box full of sweets at this time of night. Do you see what time it is? "

" Yes I see what time it is and blandly, I don't give a fuck " Taehyung said as he tried to reach for the candy

" Taehyung no, you act out of control when you have sweets more than you're supposed to. So no, you're not getting any " Jungkook said as he continued to wash the dishes

" You can't tell me what to do, " Taehyung said as he grabbed a stool and placed it in front of the fridge. Jungkook already knew what the short boy was going to do

" No, I said you couldn't have any, and I mean it, " Jungkook said as he grabbed the candy box and looked at Taehyung

" I don't need you jumping up and down on the middle of the night, " Jungkook said as he walked back to his room so that he could hide it

Taehyung balled up his fist and stomped on the ground. He looked around and saw Jungkook's tattoo books

He walked over to it and pushed it into the soapy water
