This has come up in the comments recently, but no, AO3 DOES NOT have an app to download for smartphones or tablets.
Any app claiming to be AO3 is from a third-party, and you are getting scammed.
AO3 is only accessible via a web browser (Google, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, etc). I cannot stress this enough.
There is no AO3 app. There will never be one. Stop asking about it.
