Bill's P.O.V.

"Hi..." Georg stared at me, like a father whose son has just come back home from war after months believing he's dead. His eyes sparkled, filled with excitement, and right when he was about to hold me in his strong arms, I lifted my hand and stopped him all of a sudden. I sighed.

"I'm so sorry, all right? You need to accept you two are morons for not telling me about Natalie, as I accept as well that I'm such a son of a bitch for not talking to you for two months, but... God, I was too busy wallowing in my own shit to stand more pressure! I know that's not an excuse, but either way... what's done is done. You hurt me lying about Natalie for more than a year-that's why I stopped talking to you. I think it's fair...Would you forgive me as I forgive you?"

My voice was low at the last sentence, hoping I would get an answer.

"Bill..." I heard Georg sigh in defeat. "I missed you, you damned bag of bones..." at that time, I felt a lump in my throat. I was about to cry with joy. I opened my eyes and smiled at him, ready to give my older not-blood brother a hug when a yell startled me.

"Georg!" we both turned around in a blink. Gustav was standing there with his arm folded, a cigarette between his lips as he frowned at us.

"Gus..."

"Shut up," he snarled harshly. He was wearing pajamas, or that's what I thought when I saw him wearing gray shorts and a hoodie, without socks. Georg was wearing pajamas too – that made me suspect some quite improbable and... dirty things...
Obviously, playing for the other team kind of disturbed me.

"Am I interrupting something?" I asked.

"Not at all! Come inside!" Georg was excited for having me there, I could see it, and I was excited too, to be honest. Gustav... well.

"We were watching a movie, talking about you, gosh, what a coincidence! The Pirates of the Caribbean! You used to like The Pirates of the Caribbean, right? It's on the TV right now and we ordered pizza... Come inside, come on!" he patted my back so hard that I could feel how the bones got dislocated down my spine.

"Georg! Are you stupid? What did I say?" Gus yelled at him. Georg became suddenly mute. I blinked, feeling a little uncomfortable.

"Oh... That..." Georg's joy faded away. "I'm sorry Bill, but you can't stay."

Perplexed, I looked at him.

"Don't give me that look. It's Gustav!" I shifted my gaze to Gus, who was still serious, pretty mad. I couldn't help but feel hurt when I found out that I wasn't welcome there.

"Okay... I think I get it..."

"You get it? I think you don't."

Shit. They might not want me there, but I had the feeling that I would stay there for a long while until Gustav finished lecturing me.

I entered the dining room and, practically by force, I took a seat on one of the chairs around the table. Gustav sat across from me while Georg stood still next to him. That made my hair stand on end. It was just like being under interrogation.

"I'm very mad at you, Bill," he began.

"I can see that, but I already apologized. What I told Georg was for you both."

"I'm not talking about you not speaking to us for two months," then I really wished I could jump out of a window. I glanced at Georg, who suddenly frowned, clenching his hands into fists angrily.

"Please, I don't wanna talk about him..."

"You've had plenty of time to repress your feelings and accept them, don't you think?"
