002 , NEW FRIEND

THE 18 YEAR
old futbolista had read the poem that was left for him this morning. it has been two days since he received the first poem. now he has a second one on his hands. a smile spread, happy to see that beautiful handwriting and the scent of that perfume again.

he felt butterflies in his stomach. he just kept re-reading the whole poem. gavi couldn't help it but to think about how the poet looks like.

pedri
when is it my turn to receive poems like that!

pedri whined as he was reading the poem over gavi's shoulder.

gavi
who do you think it is?

pedri
definitely not my sister!

gavi shook his head.

let's just say that rosa likes gavi, like a lot. gavi had tried telling her that he doesn't feel the same, but she doesn't take the hint.

pedri
what?!
rosa's handwriting is not close to that type of beauty!

the 20 year old starts defending himself. gavi laughed and put the poem into his pocket.

the two best friends starts walking to the locker room to change into the kit that was left for the team to wear.

'xoxo, anonymous' is all that gavi can think about. he really wants to know who is the person that has been sending him poems. he's getting pretty desperate to know.

balde
hey cindy.

balde said as the three boys just came out of the locker room. training was finally over, they were tired, but not too tired to decide to go out.

cindy
oh, hey guys!
how was training?

pedri
it was great!

gavi
yeah, we want to go out and we just wanted to know if you want to tag along?

cindy
sure i'm down!
is it ok if i can invite my cousin?

the three boy looked at each other and nodded, giving cindy the green light to invite her cousin.

cindy got her phone and quickly dialed her cousin's number as she walks away from the group of boys. she then pressed the green button, putting her phone on her ear. there were a few rings, then a voice on the other line, answered.
