Chapter 1.

Hallway Of Desolation.

In the shadows of Six-Faced World, where realms intertwined like a Constellation. Ren Ikari stood in the hallway of desolation, He stands alongside Sylphiette, a petite high-elf wearing a flowing purple azure cloak which adds an air of mystique to her, she wields a bow called "Zephyrica's quickshot" and has it ready on her side. The third member of the group, Deinsleif stands an intimidating 6'5 feet (195cm) tall  with broad shoulders and a serious expression. He wields an astonishing 2 handed great sword called "Titan's requim"  and has  sheath for it on his back. Like-wise, his attire consists of a fusion of dark feathers and celestial armor marked with runic patterns which gleam with an otherworldly sheen.

Within the hallway, stands 6 Desolated Guardians of the Six Faces, each one being a unique leader of their respective face.

Skypia, the guardian of the sky face. Deimos, the guardian of the demon face. Draken, the guardian of the dragon face stand on a low bench-like podium indicating they're the weaker guardians.

Whereas the superior 3 guardians; guardian of the human face, Talion. The guardian of the beast face, Ghiselle and finally, standing high and mighty. Known as The Honored One, Basolat emperor of destruction and the guardian of mainly, the Ocean Face.

Basolat: "Bow down before me, Basolat the emperor of destruction!" Basolat's voice echoes throughout the hallway of desolation, sending shivers down the trio of Ren, Sylphiette and Deinleif.

The Three Mercenaries (Ren, Sylphiette and Deinsleif) Kneel on one knee.

Ren: "We arrive after a scroll invitation that was bestowed upon us, by you, my majesty!" Ren replies back, his voice sounding serious and stoic, trying his best not to upset or anger anyone even if accidently. 

Basolat: "Very well, The 3 Mercenaries have come forth finally, we have a mission for you."

Sylphiette's pointy ears perk up and she speaks in her soft and montane voice: "An order, mission, task?!" She feels herself sweating profusely "Umm, what could it be? Are we in trouble???"

Deinsleif: "Of course we aren't in trouble, we're just being given a mission" 

Both Ren and Deinsleif sigh and shake their head at Sylphiette's stupid actions.

Talion speaks up seriously, sparing no time for chatter: "We're ordering you 3 mercenaries the rank of the Honored Ones. Only if..."

*The 3 wait for Talion to complete his sentence before Ghiselle finishes it*

She finishes the sentence in a stern and serious tone: "Only if you manage to take back the demon face of the Six-Faced world back under our control and eliminate the Cult Of Diablos and their leader."

Deinsleif: "This task is impossible!" he shouts back, in disbelief at the task they were just assigned with.

Basolat: "SILENCE MORTALS!" His cloak emits a green poisonous looking element, indicating a sense of danger from Basolat.

Talion: "Now now, Basolat. Calm it down, they were just being over emotional. I'm sure they'll handle everything."

Ren sighs.

Sylphiette: "Y-yeah!! we'll do it, easy work... I-i think." Sylphiette laughs nervously, she clearly doesn't know what she's doing here.

Ren: "We understand. We'll take it from here. Our adventure will be a long one, we'll never fail with Power Resonance we have." Ren sounds like the perfect and most capable leader for a group of a mercenaries.

Basolat, Talion and Giselle: "Very well then, let the world DESOLATE" 

With that, the 3 lower-guardians, Skypia, Deimos and Draken raise their staff and speak in a hasty, whispering and almost bewitching voice "LET THE WORLD DESTOLATE, LET THE WORLD DESOLATE, LET THE WORLD DESOLATE"

Their staffs emit an other-worldly glow, colours that the three mercenaries have never seen before.

Using the "Warp" power resonance, the location of the 3 has been warped through time and space and set at a checkpoint at the entrance of the Grand City of Reformed Nivia. The Capital of the Demon Face of the world where all races live together in peace and harmony... not for long though.
