Y/n was in her room sleeping soundly as a knock was heard on her door. She didn't wake up, she was fast asleep. The door slowly opened as Mr.Kim walked in.
He smiled can chuckled softly as he saw her. He went and sat beside with and caressed her hair.
Mr.Kim: wake up, cupcake
He said softly. Y/n slowly opened her eyes and sat on the bed.
Y/n: dad?
She rubbed her eyes as she said
Mr.Kim: had a good sleep?
She nodded.
Y/n: you here?
He made himself comfortable on the bed as he looked at her.
Mr.Kim: you need to join us in the conference, y/n.
He looked serious, damn serious. Y/n's sleep went away hearing his voice.
Y/n: what conference, dad?
Mr.Kim sighed as he told her about the conference that is to be held.
Y/n: but dad i- *cut off*
Mr.Kim: I know I know, sweetheart. I know you don't want to face all that but trust me it better to give answers to shit that people talk rather then staying silent, right?
Y/n thought for a while.
Mr.Kim: we all will be there. Your mom, your brothers and me. Don't worry. Even if you don't want to speak it's already. Just come with us.
She sighed and nodded witha small smile.
Y/n: anything for you, dad.
Mr.Kim smiled back patting her hair.
Mr.Kim: we'll make sure about everything, ok?
Y/n nodded slowly.
Mr.Kim: now go get ready. The conference is in an hour hmm?
She nodded again. Mr.Kim smiled and got up. He left after giving her a small kiss on her forehead.
Y/n: you can do this, y/n!
She encouraged herself and walked towards the washroom to get ready.
