My name is Shayari Tomar , past few weeks felt like a cycle , keep repeating the same damn things, I'm tired and I'm waiting for my masters degree to start, it's new beginning and I'm so excited for it.
The day finally came , I just got call from the uni about the schedule and when will it start , I'm jumping from the happiness , it's finally happening and just like that this week spent for the preparation of uni and stuff
D-day
What's this ? Am I accidentally on prank show or what ?!!! It's my first time seeing the college and lemme tell you , it's pocket sized, my dream of movie like college life bursted in the first day only , it's nothing like what they say or show in tv-shows , it's just building, that's it , where's the college campus?!!! Am I hallucinating or what!!
My parents and brother went back home after dropping me and my luggage to my hostel room , and don't want to admit it but i kind of miss them , i came back to room from ground floor
"HiIiiiI" what happened to my voice, i sounded like nail on chalkboard
"Welcome , welcome " says the girl who's talking with someone in phone and looking at me like I'm eilaichi in biriyani
"Umm My name is Shayari, you can call me Shay" finally i can speak , i can speak normally guysss
"Hello Shayari, I'm Soniya singh"
"Hey Soniya it's nice to meet someone with same first letter of name" i stated without thinking
And She stared at me like i grew horns or something, bad joke , noted
She went to balcony to continue talking with whoever is other side of line , and I'm alone in room , well hello loneliness my old friend , before i fall into trap of overthinking or anxiety I started organising my luggage and my bed .
Soniya came back to room from balcony
"When's time for dinner? " I asked her "does it make us late , if I take bath now?"
"It's after half and hour" she said
After 2 months
it's Sunday afternoon , I'm finally free from the assignment's work so I took my phone to scroll social media , and I saw notification that I've got a friend request form username "naksh_singhaniya" and some of my mutuals are following him along with my roomie
I asked to my roomie that who is this guy ?!
And Soniya said "girl you're living under rock or what , it's been two months since you're here and you don't know your college mates"
"Hah , it's been more than 2 decades of me in Tomar family and I don't know some of my relatives , coming back to my question who's he ?"
"He's our senior in the college doing internship and really good with technology stuff but not to mess with kinda boy , so stay away from him" Soniya said
Monday is here duh ,
After lecture me and Soniya are sitting at our usual place at canteen
And I feel someone behind me as they took sit besides me , we shifted our attention towards it
