"Hello" I heard honey like voice from behind and I stood up , Her eyes widened in shock
"Aahan?!" She said
I pulled chair in front of me and tell her to take a seat , She took seat in front of me still in shock
"Well , hello Shay" I said
"So you're Mr. Maheshwari? , I should've watched biodata at least i should've read the name , you're the Man my parents decided?!" She said
I nodded and held her hands and caress her hand with my thumb
"Shay , I don't want to lie to you so......your and mine engagement is fixed since past 2-3 months" I said "and your dad asked to keep it private till you're ready , so we did , but after seeing your photo I couldn't help my self but to see you in person, and then I couldn't stop myself to meet you again and again and again , you caught my attention, and I'm ready to give you all my attention and try to give this engagement chance" I said still stroking her hand with my thumb in hope
"So all this time you knew it and I was in dark" She said with different tone than her usual tone
"I'm sorry about that but we promised your father to keep it private" i said
"What do I do now" she asked more to herself and took back her hand from my hand , I again held her hand despite and started caressing it with my thumb
"What would you do , if here sitting someone was unknown, try to think it with calm mind and do what your heart says , I'll respect whatever your decision is" I said to her meaning every word I said
She deep breathed and bite his lower lip
"I'll think about it and will let you know" she said , I took a deep breath, we ordered food and ate in peace
"So what you like to do in your free time?" She initiate the conversation and I feel relieved that she's not completely shutting down with me
"I like to just sleep and listen music but recently I'm into reading books" I said to her and her mouth twitched
"What are you reading currently?" She asked
"Currently I'm done reading ignite me and started reading next book of the series, after you mentioned your kenji" I said
And she almost smiled "you're reading 11 book series just because I mentioned one man from it? " she said with smile
