The brothers sees a diner before heading inside. The two reach for a table before sitting down. That is where a waitress arrives.
Waitress: Hey, Y/N. Hey, B/N.
Y/N: Hey, Karen.
B/N: Good to see you.
Y/N: I'll take green tea and couple of sugar donuts please.
B/N: I'll have a deli sandwich with a lemonade.
Karen: Coming right up.
As she goes to complete the order, the brothers started talking.
Y/N: Man, fighting crime and monsters sure kept us busy.
B/N: If only our parents were here to see us.
What happened to their parents? 2 years ago, during their honeymoon in New Orleans, Hurricane Katrina arrived and rampage the city. Hundreds perished in the storm, including the parents of Y/N and his brother.
Y/N: I missed them.
B/N: Me too.
Then Karen returns with their food and beverages.
Karen: I hope you guys enjoy.
B/N: Thanks, Karen.
After the waitress leaves, the brothers enjoyed their lunch.

Later on as the brothers head on home, not far two figures from the top of a building, they are the enemies of the Kamen Rider Brothers, Phoenix and Medusa.

Back with the brothers, they were about to reach to their home when all of a sudden, Ghouls appeared and they surround the brothers.
