(walkers pov)

I feel the warm sun beaming on my skin as I wake up from a peaceful sleep. I peer over to Y/n who was fast asleep. I smile knowing that we made up. I check my phone to see that it was 10:28 in the morning.

I scoot over to Y/n to try and wake her up. Before I do, I notice her facial features. The way the sun made her skin glow and the way her face would make tiny twitches in her sleep.

I feel myself start to blush and stop myself before my face becomes any redder. I lightly shake her shoulder, trying not to startle her. Her eyes slowly flutter open; me being the first thing she sees.

"Good morning Walker." She spoke in a sleepy voice. I softly smiled. "Good morning Y/n." She sat up and stretched while yawning. How is she so perfect... Whoa there Walker. We just became friends last night. Take it slow.

"Shit, im hungryyy! I never ate the poptart last night-"
Y/n complained. "Wanna eat it now?" I asked. She nodded her head while smiling. I got off the couch to get her the poptart out of the fridge.

When I came back, her face lighted up. "Finally foodddd!" She exclaimed. I sat back down beside her and gave her the poptart. She then quickly opened it and started to eat it.

"You want a piece?" She offered. "Sure." I responded back. She broke off a piece of her cinnamon poptart and gave it to me.

"AINT NO WAY-" Someone yelled behind us which startled us half to death. We both turned around to see Leah and Momona standing behind us with their eyes widened. Looks like Leah screamed earlier. "Oh, heyy." Y/n spoke.

"When did yall like each other? Yall literally hated each other last night." Momo asked. "Oh we worked everything out last night, we're friends now." I responded to them with Y/n agreeing with me by nodding her head.

"Ha! You owe me $10 now." Leah bragged while Momona rolled her eyes. "You guys made a bet on us?" Y/n asked. "Yea.... the whole group did. A lot of people owes a lot of money.." Leah spoke.

Me and Y/n both rolled our eyes playfully while Leah and Momona go into the kitchen to get them some food. "I still can't believe they made a bet about us." Y/n announced. "For real, how rude-" I said while faking hurt and clutching onto my chest.

Y/n started to laugh at my actions as I did this. Seeing her smile was honestly the best thing in this world. I can't believe I was so blind to see that she was right in front of me.

The others soon came in, seeing us on the couch talking. And still, everyone being shocked with us being friends and there was a lot of money being passed around- anyways, after that, the people who had to leave that morning, aka, Brady, Xochitl, and Mckenna, got dressed and said their goodbyes.

On the other hand, me, Y/n, Aryan and Momo could stay for a little while longer cause we didn't have that many things going on today.

It was honestly kind of boring cause we were all on our phones, watching tiktok or scrolling on instagram. After turning off my phone, I decided to make a suggestion. "Why don't we all go to the park thats down the road?"

Everyone looked each other then looked back at me and agreed. After we all got dressed in our clothes for today, we all started to walk to the park.

Now the walk wasn't that long. I would say it would be about a 5 minute walk. Me and Y/n were walking side by side on the sidewalk. Me of course, walking on the outside of the sidewalk because, God forbid, if anything happened, I don't want anything to happen to her.

Everyone else was a little farther than us cause me and
Y/n were walking a little bit slower, taking in the sights of nature.

"I spy with my little eye something...." Y/n paused before continuing. "White!" I start to look around seeing if I could find the thing that was white that she was staring at. "Is it that mailbox?" I questioned. She quickly looked over at the spot I was staring at. "Yea it is.. How are you so good at this gameeee." She said while carrying on the word game.

I start to chuckle a little as she does the same. We were talking so much that we didn't even realize that we made it to the park already. Everyone else was already there. "Wanna go on the swings?" I asked Y/n. She soon then nodded her head as we made our way to the swing set.

As we reached the swing set, the golden hues of the sun shining above up quickly casted a bright glow on Y/n's face. I felt time stop as we were swinging on the swings. I couldn't help but stare at her in utter amazement. The way her smile was brighter than the morning sun an-
