Chapter 2

The sun was rising and we all were outside already hard at work improving our strength and skills. Completely messing with us Both classes are hard at work. At the end of the day, we started making curry for everyone I saw Kota walk off. I decided to get a boil of curry and followed him making sure he at least ate something.
"Hey, but you something to eat," I say. "Go away," the young boy spoke as his stomach growled. "I heard that, come on and get something to eat," I say keeping my distance from the young boy. "Whatever, I'm just fine get lost. I don't want to hang out with you so forget about my secret hideout," Kota says." This is a secret hideout?" I ask "Hm. Spending your entire life trying to improve your quirk. Tsk it's dumb! All you want to do is show off. Get lost!" he yelled. I know that he wants me to leave but I can tell it's not what he needs.

"Why do you hate heroes so much?" I ask changing the topic and putting the bowl of curry in between the young boy and myself. He still seemed upset but went and grabbed the bowl. "It's about your parents, isn't it? They were heroes". I sat down and spoke. "I remember reading many incidents that need up killing a few heroes," I say.
"Go away, everyone here is crazy. Calling other stupid names like hero and villain and then killing each other because of it. always focusing on their quirks, if they hadn't been showing off they'd still be here. idiots." 

It isn't just heroes the young boy in front of me hates. He hates quirks and this entire superhuman society." we're  done here to hang out with the other losers!" Kota yelled. "Um hey, my uh friend. This guy I knew well didn't inherit any abilities from his parents. It's a hereditary thing, and these days it's very uncommon. He had admired heroes so much and wanted to be one. Yet you can't become a hero unless you have some kind of quirk. but still, my friend refused to accept that and hoped for a merical. He tried to use telekinesis and to breathe fire, yet it was no good. There are a bunch of different ways to explain how a quirk works. I know we may not be in the same page but I think If you reject them completely it's just going to make life harder. In so many ways"." would you just leave me alone already go away!" Kota yelled. "I'm sorry, I guess I have a habit of rambling at times. " I say as I walk off.
I made it back to the cabin and went to sleep like everyone else.

The next day we did the same thing working hard to improve our quirks to get stronger and test our limits and news of the test of courage spread throughout the classes. As the time grew close for the test of courage we all were ready to start as the rules were explained. Slowly we all went in as Class B attempted to scare Class A.
I was standing with the rest of the group when I did something off and so did everyone else as smoke rose from afar. A fire was set.

Suddenly Pixie Bob was taken down by two villains."I thought they made sure none could find us?" Meneta says spooked. "This is bad Melany says as I realize Kota isn't around I panicked and immediately went to look for him. I ran over to where I found him on the mountain standing in front of a tall buff man. The young boy looked panicked I quickly ran in and grabbed Kota out of the way.  "Hey, I promise everything will be okay," I say standing up ." I'll keep you safe." I say activating full calling.

"Ha, you think you can save this little brat! You are just one who likes to mouth off about justice" The villain says. Getting a better look at him I know who he is. He's the villain that took down the water hose heroes, Muskirler I think his name was.  He came up and attacked and started throwing me around.
"Tell me you know where I can find Bakugo. I still have a job to do. "He says holding me to the wall. They're after Kacchan but why? "According to your silence, I will take that as a no. I guess that means fun!"Muskirler spoke sending me into the ground and then back into the wall of the mountain.

He kept this up and barely managed to get a single hit in. That's when lots threw a rock at him. "You remember Waterhouse? My mom and my dad, did you torment the two of them too before you killed them?"The young boy says drawing the villain's attention. "Seriously those losers were your parents? Well then this must be fate the Waterhouse heroes are the reason I have an artificial eye right now". "This is all your fault nothing in this world is right anymore and that's because crazy people like you!" Kota yelled." little kids are always so quick to say it's someone else's fault. Don't get the wrong idea it's not like I took them out because of the eye thing. I wanted to kill people simple as that and those two tried to stop me. What happened was the result of all of us doing our best. the real travesty is promising something you're not able to do. That's why your dear old mommy and daddy died!" Muskirler yelled.

"Nice try with a sneak attack but I'm ready!"." you runnier his life and you won't take the blame! I got you know doesn't matter how quick you are," I say. "What are you going to do Hit me with that peony quirk of yous"." It's not a matter I can do it! A hero's job is to risk his life and to turn his promises into a reality!" I say now using One For All at 100% hitting him with a smash. Then making sure Kota didn't fall.

I turned my head back at him we went back to fighting more as I kept Kota out of the way as well till we were hit. "Stay back Kota when it's time to run back to camp," I say to the ground boy. "You're attacking him again! You can't do that. We should leave you to punch didn't affect him early and besides your arms are badly hurt". "It's going to be fine Kota." I say focused on my fight I kept fighting with 100% as I keep fighting.

as I was about to lose Kota used his quirk to blast water at the villain. "Stop, let him go!"kota yelled. Distracting him enuff so I can do something. I went all out with One for All using it putting in one Delaware smash sending him threw the mountain and knocking him out.
