"All people carrying backstage passes please line here," announced the tour manager.

Indeed, Lucy had managed to score some VIP passes to see the band.

Lucy and I headed towards the backstage door and joined the others in a long queue. We were in the middle of the line. Not right in front, but not at the back either. Time passed, and we waited. After every few minutes we took a few steps ahead, but were still so far away from the door behind which the band was. I stood against the white walls, tired, exhausted and famished. After every few minutes I glanced over my blue wrist watch but it seemed that the minute hand just went back.

My white iPhone buzzed as I took it out of my back pocket. I had gotten a text from Hailey. "Where the hell are you guys? Been calling you since hours." I clicked the green phone button and realized I had gotten 6 missed calls from Hailey. Guess I couldn't have heard my phone ring past the noise during the concert.

"Haven't you told Hailey where we are?" I questioned Lucy. A grin crept onto her face,

"Yeah, I had only two tickets so I couldn't just tell Hailey and then not ask her."

"Well she just texted me asking where we are, and by the number of missed calls I've received, I should reply."

"Then reply."

"With what?"

"That's your problem, she texted you." Lucy smirked. "Just don't tell her." She warned me. After thinking I finally came up with something that was enough to hold her off, not really blunt, and true. It had to be true, I couldn't lie to her, to anyone. It's just how I felt. I have a very strict "No lying policy" and I make sure everyone around me knows that. I've hated lying ever since, never lied in my life, except the time when I didn't find lying impolitic. And because of this trait, all my friends knew they could trust me. And they knew I would never lie, about anything.

"Heyy, Lucy and I are in the middle of something, we'll tell you all about it..soon ;) xx"

I typed, and as i pressed the sent button, Lucy grabbed me by the arm, her hand dragged me infront. "Any, it's our turn!"  I looked up and followed Lucy as a tall, broad figured man, dressed a suit opened the railing for us. We advanced forward, and Lucy pulled the handle down, opening the door. And as I stepped inside the room, I couldn't believe my eyes.
