(A/N I'm sorry it has taken so long to update but I'm not great at writing quickly)
Hi everyone I'm Beatrice Homely but everyone calls me Bea and when I say everyone I mean my 3 close friends there is Theo my boyfriend has handsome chocolate brown hair with blue eyes that look like the sky on frosty morning and he is about 5'11 and then there is Honey who funnily enough has honey blond hair and hazel eyes and last but not least the newest member of your little gang Percy he has windswept dark hair and eyes that look like the ocean just before the storm he is 6'0 ish maybe a bit taller and I have deep red hair that used to be brown but I dyed it and then Amber eyes

Anyway, it was a Monday morning as a trudged down the stairs and put on a couple of slices of toast for breakfast. Sitting on the couch with my buttered toast I turned on the tv and breaking news popped up flashing 'Greek gods real or not' sorry when did this happen.

After about 10 minutes of googling, I found out that earlier this morning the twelve Olympian gods announced that they were real and that Hecate the goddess of the mist was fading and until they found someone else to replace her us 'mortals' would be able to see everything that they could and I my searching I also found out about demigods half god and half human

-----time Skip to when she arrives at school-----

Just on the bus I heard so many conversations talking about the gods and demigods I went and sat next to Honey at our spot near the back springing up a conversation "Omg Hon did you see the news this morning".

"Yea it's so cool that gods exist imagine being a demigod that would so cool fighting monsters all the time".

"Yea I personally think I would be daughter of Athena how about you."

"See I think that I would be a daughter of Demeter".

"Oh, I could never, I can kill a plant just walking into the same room"
That was one of my favourite things about mine and Honeys friendship she loved plants, and I loved animals.

Getting off the bus later and going into homeroom we walked straight over to Theo and Percy who was sat in silence which was odd for them.

"Everything ok here boys" I asked to which Theo responded, "Yea all good here but Perce is really out of it today."

Honey waved her hand Infront of his face "Hello earth to Percy". I think the only person to not know that Honey liked Percy was Percy.

"Oh, hey girls sorry a bit out of it today"

Our homeroom teacher Mr Young which is ironic because he is one of the oldest teachers at this school walked in and me Honey sat down in front of Theo and Percy

"As I'm sure you all know the Greek gods are real and due to this you will now be taking Greek instead of any other languages and you will be doing about current history of the gods in history and lastly in physical education you will be working on defending yourself against monsters even though they shouldn't attack mortals like us any questions"

Several students raised their hands.

"In history will we learn about demigods"
"Yes"

"Could any of us be demigods"
"There is a small chance of it yes?"

"If we disrespect the gods, will we die"
"I am uncertain but probably."

The bell went and we all rushed off to our first lessons excited about our new lessons and Honey, Theo and Percy and I had history, so I was looking forward to that.

The four of us walked into history and took our seats at the back.

We got an introduction into the gods and given background information on the twelve Olympians and both Theo and Percy were falling asleep on their desks until our teacher Mrs Murray called "Mr Jackson who used to be an Olympian but isn't any more"
Which I thought was really unfair because it was up on the board but we hadn't learnt it yet and Percy had very bad dyslexia
