CHAPTER 18

Jennie's POV:

I don't know why when I heard Rosè say that Tae's condition is not well my heart started beating rapidly even though I hate him

I don't know what is this feeling called but honestly my heart still beats for him

As I went at the door I saw a car waiting for me and It was jimin's bodyguard car

The car ride was just about 15 min long
And finally I reached the bar

The bar was so silent and nobody was there

My eyes searched for tae until I heard a voice crying and screaming my name

My heart cried out as the thoughts filled up in my mind

Should I really forgive him?

I subconsciously ran to him and called out his name with concern.

"Tae"

His eyes lit up as he held my hand

"JENNIE"!!!!

"I am here tae plz get up. Let's go home"
I said helping him to get up

I felt relieved after seeing him happy.

I dragged him to the car and helped him get in

Since there was no one I had to drive the car by myself

Tae fell asleep during the ride.

I just couldn't help but stare at his beautiful sleeping drunk face

At his mansion:

It was a bit hard for Jennie to drive at night but she somehow managed

"Tae! Wake up. Come I'll drop you to your room"

Tae instantly woke up listening to her soft voice

She helped him by holding his arms and leading him into the mansion

She helped him get onto the bed and he fell asleep there

She then opened his shoes making sure it won't disturb his sleep

She was about to go but suddenly she felt a tight grip around her wrist and that led her to fall on tae's chest

Their eyes met speaking love in sign language

"Don't go!" Tae let out a whisper

Jennie was left with no option but to stay with him

"Ok! Tae. Goodnight and sleep now" Jennie's voice was so soft

"I-I a-am s-sorry!" Tae's voice was weak but firm

A fresh tear rolled down jennie's cheeks as she remembered all the bitter past she had

"Goodnight babe!" Said jennie as tae finally slept peacefully but she was still in his grip
He didn't want her to leave

Jennie thought in her mind
"I already forgave you tae!"

The next morning:

As soon as sunlight lit up the room Tae woke up and found Jennie staring at him

Her cheeks were red and flustered as he took the opportunity to get closer to her

She looked down but he held her chin up and their eyes met again

He then whispered to her in a deep husky voice which was enough to give her butterflies

"Will you forgive me, my love?"

"Wait! What did you say?" Jennie was surprised by hearing his words

"I said what you heard" His voice was so deep and intense demanding forgiveness and a new start

"At first I didn't wanted to forgive you but then I thought why should you take the punishment of someone else's mistakes" Jennie gave 2 second pause and continued

"So, I forgave you tae!"

Before she could even say anything She was pulled in a deep yet passionate kiss!!

She was left shocked

"I love you, Jennie!"  This time tae's voice was so soft that melted Jennie's heart. After a 1 second pause he continued

"Yes! Jennie! You heard it right!
You're the love of my life, the girl and  partner I always wanted, my dearest
My first kiss and first love!" Tae's words left her in shock

She was speechless but her eyes spoke! Her face was red and she tried to hide it and runaway but instead she was caught in a tight grip around her face and she knew who it was

"Won't you confess to me, love?" Said tae in a deep husky whisper in her ear

"I-I l-love you t-tae"

Yess! This was the moment he waiting for! He again pulled in a warm and passionate kiss but this time she kissed him back

"When you first left me, I thought that you left me forever and I lost my only love. I became hopeless. Then I realized that I am incomplete without you "     Tae said these words but this time it was mixed emotion
He was Happy to get her back but at the same time he remembered how much he had suffered in the past

"No tae! Plz don't cry! You know I left from this mansion but my heart didn't. It still used to beat for you

I love you too tae!!" She said while wiping his tears

Tae felt so happy after hearing her words and assuring that his love is not one sided

He came closer to her face and said

"I'll never let you go my queen! No one can take your place in my heart!"

This made jennie blushed and tae let out a chuckle seeing her red cheeks and a big broad smile!

This was their morning romance and confession
