Nico's POV
I got up to a loud sound right outside my door, it sounded like somebody had taken a tumble and so I slumped out of my bed, trying to wipe the tiredness out of my eyes, and went to open the door.

"What the fuck." I said, as I see a certain blonde haired boy laying, should I even say laying? He was curled up into a ball-like form. He was holding flowers in his right hand and some kind of smashed treats in the other, he looked right up at me and gave me his big, dumb, silly smile. This was my sunshine boyfriend, Will Solace.

"Are you.. okay?" I asked, he squirmed a little to try and get himself back up but I had to help him instead, he finally got to his feet his hair was laying on one side of his head and he had mud streaks on his face, he looked downright homeless. I couldn't help but laugh at him and his stupidity, he smiled again.

"These are for you death boy, happy valentine." He shoved the flowers into my hands and invited himself in. He put the bag of smashed goodies on my desk and layed on my bed, letting out a questionable happy sigh.

"I completely forgot to get you anything, sorry." I said, I went to stand in front of him. He looks up at me with big puppy eyes, grabs my waist and pulls me down next to him on the bed. "I love you, My little ball of darkness." He said in a loving tone, I felt a small smile creeping up on my face just enjoying the moments we get to have with each other is..nice.

"What have you been doing all day? Percy said you've been locking yourself in your room today." He puts on his annoying unattractive doctor voice on again and ruins the moment, great. I didn't want to respond to him I just wanted to lay my head In his stupidly warm and cozy chest for all of eternity, but no. Things don't go my way usually, "I don't know, I'm just not feeling like talking to anybody but you today " it sounded better in my head, now it just sounds cheesy. "Well sweet but, you haven't even eaten anything today." He states, pulling his backpack on his lap and getting out a few sandwiches neatly wrapped in paper towel. "Here, my love." He says, I blush like crazy when he says that- he knows it too and likes to tease me. I took the sandwich and devoured it in minutes, He put his bag down and went to lay his head on my lap.

Will's POV
His lap was way too soft, he was literally made out of the softest material in the world. I love looking up at him, he had the sweetest and most vulnerable eyes while he was always dark and moody, but even though he devoured the sandwich I couldn't tell what he was actually feeling?

"Are you okay?" I blurted out, he looked down at me in confusion. "Let me fix that- are you sad about not remembering to get me a present?" I asked. "And why do I need to tell you, you're my boyfriend not my therapist, dingus" He poked my head and I winced.

"That's what a boyfriend stands for, a boy-friend, ther-a-pist. Simple and easy." I said, he finally laughed, which was a good sign he usually acts all cocky whenever he's angry or annoyed.

"Hey, you know what would be really fun?" I ask, starting to giggle. He nodded his head for me to continue, his eyes were closed and seemed calm.
"We should have a sleepover!" I excitedly say, his eyes open, "are you sure? We could get caught or something." He always finds a way to think of the worst scenario, I was the one that poked him in the forehead this time.

"Nobody will catch us and are we really doing anything bad?" He got what I meant and blushes, I laughed, obviously. "You didn't need to say that!" He argued and I just continued laughing.

I layed my head back down on Nico's lap and closed my eyes, there was a scent to Nico that always calmed me down. Maybe it was the McDonald's French fries he would stuff in his pockets or something else, I don't really know all I do know though is that it smells amazing.

"What should we do now?" Nico asks.

"Hmm, maybe we can watch a movie?" I said, I pulled out my laptop from my bag and we were repositioned to be laying under the covers together. I laid my laptop on my lap and turned on a cheesy romcom.

"Oh my God, this plot doesn't even make sense Solace!" Nico ranted, he continued to go on for several more minutes and I just watched him. He looked so adorable when he was confused or angry.

The movie finished and Nico was completely knocked out, so I decided to put my computer back and go to sleep. This time I didn't have any bad dreams, for demigods it's completely normal for us to have terrifying, alarming nightmares.

Nico's POV
Will's warmth was like the sun, feeling his muscular arms wrap around my cold, scrawny body.

I can't help but want to feel his body, it sounds cringe but he holds so much warmth and happiness I can't help it, I cuddled up to him again and he smiled. I fell asleep again, it was about
9 am when I woke up feeling fully rested, which is unusual.

Will was still laying beside me in deep sleep, the morning was silent yet peaceful. I needed to use the bathroom so I slipped out of wills grasp and went to use the bathroom, when I came back will was awake.

"Well how did you sleep?" Will asked, I claimed back into bed, "it was amazing." I replied, he nodded.

"How did you sleep" I asked, Will smiled and put his arms around me again, "it was also amazing."

We layed down for several more minutes before somebody came knocking on my door, I got up and opened it. Percy was there. "Have you seen Will? The Apollo cabin thinks he went missing." Percy asked.

"Oh, um.."I stammered. Will came from behind me, "sorry we had a sleepover." He said, laughing. Percy was at a loss for words, "we did not do anything weird, Percy."I added. Percy nodded.
"My babies are all grown up." He acted like he was crying, I rolled my eyes and laughed."yeah, yeah. Go tell the Apollo cabin he's here before they start to panic." Percy left and we changed our clothes, we had to go and work in the infirmary and help clean up.

"I'll miss you." Will said, "it's not like we're gonna be hours away from each other, we'll see each other at lunch." I rolled my eyes playfully. He laughed and kissed me, it was sweet and full of bliss. He pulled away and waved goodbye, I watched him walk up the hill and walk into the infirmary.

I smiled, maybe things have gotten better since I met him.
