That's what I titled this drawing, anyway. Dunno if I should have called it creepy smile instead lol (but I'm referring to both smiles although Jazath is more so smirking)

It was only meant to be a redesign-kinda picture, honestly, mostly because I retouched a drawing from before (that was all about designs) and decided to update it to what is most recent

And because they were tiny little pions in here I obviously had to expand on the designs to make sure they looked nice (I changed Jahdys' outfit to something more white as you could see, mostly cause I felt it fit her character a bit more) and it was mostly the twins' outfits that I was worrying about (or more Jazath since I already drew Jahdys' before) so there came that picture,
Only I liked the draft quite a bit, and decided kinda out of nowhere to lineart it. And because now that I was linearting this, it meant it was going to be rendered, and bro if it's gonna be rendered I can't just have two floating heads over there like it's nobody's business so I had to make shit up on the spot.
Then I ended up with this

Don't really know which version I like better.
I decided to compile stuff I liked from both versions to see which one I should make the "official" one
White bg:
- I like the hard shadows against white bg (edgy vibes)
- You see his foot better
- Generally contrast is better
Black bg:
- Water looks better here
- Jahdys doesn't blend in with the eye socket (left)
Well clearly since I have more arguments for the white bg I think I'll keep that one. Black backgrounds tend to look nice (and I got to use different effects for it too) which is probably why I was biased but it isn't the winner this time.
Also, the flat colors just because they also look nice
