Starla Starvroce is beautiful. Her eyes were soft blue, and her black hair was down to her hips. She wore a tight blue dress that didn't have any straps. Her lips were full and pouty. No makeup she could pull it off her beauty is unlimited.

"I couldn't help but overhear the conversation you and your friend were having," I say

"Do you always butt in on others' business?"

I smile. "Not at all, but it seems we might be able to help each other."

She shakes her head. "I doubt you can help me,"

I take a seat beside her, and her eyes dart up to mine. "What are you doing?" she asked

"Sitting down, I won't bite," I tell her "hard"

She bites her lip, but I see the blush. "How do you think we can help each other?" she says

"My mother wants me to get married," I tell her. "It seems your grandpa wants the same for you."

She looks at me like I've grown an extra head. "So what are you suggesting?"

"Marry me,"

She laughs. "I don't even know you that well," she says

"You need help running the Starvroce business, and I need my family inherent. It's a win, win. We both get what we need, no strings attached, " I tell her

"Wouldn't that be crazy considering our family history?"

I smile. "It'd be the best kind of crazy," I tell her

She looks away, "Starvroce will stay in my name."

"Yes, I wouldn't take it from you. I have my own to run. "

"But you'll help," she says, her eyes coming back to mine

"With anything you need."

"I can't believe I'm going do this," She says

I smile. "Is that a yes?"

She nods. "For my family," she says

"One other thing our wedding has to be big," I tell her, "mothers orders."

She nods. "I can do that,"

"Well, I guess it's official then," I tell her. My hand reaches over to touch her face, "Starla Starvroce,"

"What the hell are you doing?" I trun toward the male voice

I know him somewhere "Sebastian" Starla says, right, her friend. "This is.."

He doesn't even let her finish. "I know who he is."

I take that as my cue to leave. "Right, Starla, I'll call you. With details about our arrangement, " I tell her my eyes find hers, and she smiles

I get up, leaving my new fiance. I wanted to kiss her right there and show that boy that she was mine. I find Dex at the bar again.

"Let's bounce, man," I tell him

"Where you just talking to Starla Starvroce?" he asked

"I found my bride," I tell him

"What?"

"You heard, I just asked her to marry me,"

"And she said yes," he asked

I smile as I open my car door. "Yup, be my best man," I ask

"Why not? This is going to be the wedding of the century."

I didn't know how my mother was going to take it. I was marrying the daughter of the man who killed my father. It's a little ironic if you think about it.
