While going home in the evening she asked Mr.Kevin the drop her at a grocery store.

" Wait I need to buy some snacks too!" Alexandra said.

Both the ladies got down after Mr.Kevin stopped the car infront of a grocery store.

Ayaanshi pulled out her mobile from her bag and quickly failed her mother's number.

" Ayu?" He mother said as soon as she saw her daughter's face on the screen.

" School mein ho?" She asked her mother

( Are you at the school? )

" Ha, how was your first day?"

Alexandra stood awkwardly beside her friend as she spoke to her mother.

" Acha ma, meet her she's my new best friend." Ayaanshi said pointing the camera at Alexandra.

" Hello. I'm Ayaanshi's mother Ayaana."

" Nice to meet you Ma'am, I'm Alexandra."

" Ma I called you to ask what all ingredients do I need to make dal and chicken curry or fry? Like you do?"

" I thought you knew how to make dal?"

" I do but I want to have the same taste as yours."

" Okay okay, wait I'll write all the ingredients and send it to you so you can shop faster. It'll only take me four five minutes."

" Ji ma. Bye"

" Bye, call baba after you reach home."

" Hmm."

" Your mother's seems like a lovely person to be around." Alexandra said

" Hmm she's the best. We all really love her."

" We? how many siblings do you have?"

" Three older brothers, one's my twin but he's still older than me by a few minutes. That's what he says."

" Wow I only have one older brother. What do you want to buy?"

" Ingredients from which I can cook indian food. I don't eat beef pork or mutton, just chicken, eggs or sometimes fish."

" Oh, sorry we did not know. I'll inform the cafeteria to add more chicken or vegetarian options."

" No it's okay, the thing is the food it..it isn't according to my food palate. So I think I'll get my lunch from home."

" Oh I'm extremely sorry. The people here don't know much about other cuisines."

" It's okay, I understand Alexandra." Ayaanshi said.
