The next morning arrives and everyone continued riding in the carriage until everyone sees a city with walls.
Fran: That's the city of of Alessa.
Randell: I'll pat for you two to enter the city.
Itsuki: That's quite kind of you Randell.
Randell chuckles at Itsuki words.
Upon entering the city, Itsuki Fran and Teacher were all amazed to see the inside of the city if Alessa.
Teacher: Here we are, guys! Our first time...in a city!
Scene change
Eventually, the three of them got off Randells carriage and decided to walk around town.
While walking, the three of them walk past two beastmen until both of them heard...
Beastfolk 01: See her with that big ass sword?
Beastfolk 02: Ha, what a joke.
Itsuki: Ignore them, Fran. You'll prove them wrong, I just know it.

Teacher: Let's hit up the adventurer guild first.
Fran: Okay!
Teacher: So these are the guild adventures...They've got all sorts of weapons. Meh, none of them are as rare as me, though. Let's check em out with identity!
Teacher then scans one if the swordsmen that was carrying a tempered steel long sword.
Teacher: Mm-hmm, attck: 398. Huh?!
Itsuki: Hold on, don't tell me that you're shocked about everyone's weapons attack power scaling.
Teacher then scans one of the beastfolk with who carried a mythril greatsword.
Teacher 423...that one, and that one too...And that...!!
Teacher scans the battle axe and its attack power was 503.
Teacher: I thought I was super rare, but everyone's swords are far stronger than I am!
Teacher starts crying his eyes out because of everyone's power levels were higher than his.
Currently, teacher power level as a sword was 392.
Fran: Teacher...
Itsuki: You shouldn't let this get you down, you should actually use this as motivator. That way you be motivated to get even stronger than before. I sure you'll get stronger and we start grinding a lot more when we become adventurers.
Teacher: Y-You really think so?
Teacher asked with tears in his eyes.
Itsuki nods while giving a kind smile.
Fran: Onii-chan is right, and besides you have lots of skills. No other sword could ever come close to you!
Teacher: Aww...thanks for cheering me up, you two...

Meanwhile, in the adventurer guild, everyone was minding their own business until we hear someone's thoughts.
??:*thoughts* Piss off and die.
It was a female voice as we turn tonl see the guild lady who was the one speaking in her thoughts.
Beastfolk: I know you can hear me, four eyes!
Guild lady:*thoughts* Piss off and due.
Mercenary Beastfolk: Screw that bitch. Cheap ass miser.
Guild lady:*thoughts* Ex-mercenary trash. They can all piss off and die.
Guild lady: Ah!
Guild lady:*thoughts* Oh shoot! I need to smile, c'mon! Bad day or not, I have to be Nell, the smiling receptionist of the adventurers...
??: Excuse me, miss!
The Guild lady known as Nell turns to the source of the voice and see Itsuki, Fran and Teacher standing in front of the counter.
Fran: Um...
Nell: This is the adventurer guild, sweeties.
Fran: We know. We want to became adventurers, please.
Itsuki nods
Nell then starts to examine Fran up and down.
Nell:*thoughts* She's just a child and adventuring is dangerous. She wouldn't last five minutes.
Nell then turns over to Itsuki and examines him.
Nell:*thoughts* I can tell by the look in his eyes and by the amount of scars he has that he has experience in fighting.
Nell finishes thinking to herself after examining Itsuki and Fran and decides to speak up.
Nell: Very well then, we dont just let anyone register with us. You will to prove yourselves by fighting our examiner in a mock battle.
Itsuki, Fran and Teacher look at each other before nodding in agreement.
Fran: Okay.
Nell: And you might get hurt. Our guild will not take responsibility for any injuries you sustain.
Nell says with stern look on her face.
Fran: Got it.
Nell:*thoughts* Their just kids who need to learn a hard lesson...
Nell: alright then, follow me please.
Nell then leads them to the battle area.
