chapter 2

Luke Valentino pov

I was at the club with my friends I spent all night at the club with girls and my homies
Then I got a message from dad
I was tired too so I decided to go back home

I told my driver to drop me home

After reaching I went straight to my room took a shower wore my sweat pants and slept

Next morning

Mr Valentino:luke your finally up come have breakfast

Luke: dad didn't you go to the office today

Mrs Valentino: no he finally decided to acknowledge his pretty wife's presence and spend some time with her

Luke: oh is it my pretty mom. But what about the office

Mr Valentino:ah.... actually I wanted to talk to you about it

Luke:oh what is it dad?

Mr Valentino: as you can see i am quite old now i can't focus on work i get tired very often and i can't spend my quality time with your mother so I want you to take over my position and be the next ceo I know this is all of a sudden but I know you will be able to do it we have our faith in you 

Luke:but dad .... I don't know a lot about our company I been there very few times

Mr Valentino: yes I know that I thought the same but i hired a new secretary for you and you know Mr harry they  can help you to stay updated
And you know enough you are good at it I believe you can do it it's in your blood

Mrs Valentino: yeah any how one day you need to take this position so I guess it's time dear

Luke: yes I guess you both are right I'll join from tomorrow. What say

Mr. Valentino: oh you can but join from next week I need to announce and do my part till I am here I knew you would understand
Thank you son

Luke: I can do anything for my family I love you both actually thanks to both of you for always being there for me

All of them smiled and had there break fast

Luke left with his friends to handle some work and deals

Mr Valentino also left for work

At the office

Mr Valentino reached and was amazed by the schedule and all his things arranged and managed by his secretary ready for him

Camilla came early to the office and did her work as it was her first day

She did her best and got along with everyone

Within 2 days everyone liked her. Her humble and kind nature and hardwork towards people and her work was amazing every one liked her vibe

Camilla made few friends she use to laugh with them and talk to them in her free time

(NOTE: her close friends in the office were first rupert, daisy , ruby ,harry they use to talk and got along well)

After a week or so finally Mr Valentino revealed that his son is going to be joining the company from the next day coincidentally camilla was on a meeting with harry so didn't knew about it she was busy

Next day

Camilla's pov

She got ready she wore black turtleneck top with a beige formal pant and blazer
With accessories and watch she put on her cologne  and had her break fast and was about to leave but she ran out of gas and had to book a cab she was trying to ask for lift or taxi but was getting late

Luke's POV
he woke up did exercise to maintain his toned abs he had a well built body and took a shower wore his new suit as he was joining today put on his cologne wore his rings and took his car keys
Had his break fast and was happy to see his parents together watching movies and chitchat after a long time

He started his car and went along

He stopped at the signal and saw a girl in formals with open hair  he understood that she was waiting for her taxi and was getting late to somewhere he usually hate people you get late but when he looked at her he felt butterflies she was looking so beautiful and pretty in his eyes he was staring at her when a taxi was honking behind him
He came back to his senses and moved forward as he was so lost he didn't even notice the traffic behind him

He looked in his rear view till he saw her getting in the taxi which was behind her he felt weird feeling that something he loves was now safe he ignored his feelings and went to the company

As he entered in the company with the scary thrilling aura everyone was scared by him and bowed. Everything was arranged for him

Harry: mr Valentino you can follow me this way please

Luke: oh come on call me luke don't be so formal like you don't know me

(Harry was a good friend of luke as well)

Harry: ok I will call you mr luke as we are in the office now shut up and let's go

Luke walked to his office giving scary cold vibes to everyone he entered in the office

Luke: so harry give me my schedule for today and where is my secratery

Harry: ah... actually camilla I mean miss Beatriceyour secretary was in charge of giving you your schedule I guess she is late she is never late but I guess something came up today

Luke (didn't liked late comers camilla already build a bad image by not showing up on time ) : ahhh I hate late comers why did dad praise her so much and hired her uff these girls are all the same fuck

Harry:hey it's not like that she is always on time but ...

Harry was cut of by a knock on the door

Luke: come in

The door opened revealing camilla breathing heavily with files and ipad in her hands with hair messed up
