"Do you remember anything about that night?" The nurse said in what seemed a really concerned voice.
"All I remember is the moment when I got hit and everything went in slow motion."
"Okay sweet cheeks, get some rest I'll come back later." The nurse walks out of the room to tend to another patient. I'm all alone now which is pretty normal for me. I put my head to my pillow grab my phone and start scrolling through Twitter. I dropped my phone and pretended to be asleep as I heard someone about to come into my hospital room, than it hit me like a tonne of bricks. I was with him that night, I saved him from being run over.
"The nurse called me as soon as you woke up" Luke said with enthusiasm
"I have woken up but I can't remember everything that happened and the nurses keep asking over and over if I can remember. I want to remember, can you help me remember... please?"
"Okay, we went for dinner than a walk down the street. You yelled for me to more but then you jump and pushed me out the way. Before I knew it you were laying on the floor unconscious and for moment not breathing. I was so horrified that you were dead. You weren't..."
"Sir..." The nurse rudely interrupted "Are you Miss. James immediate family?"
"No... But" Luke said before being interrupted again.
"Sir, I'll have to ask you to leave than." The nurse sternly said to Luke.
After saying goodbye and giving me a kiss on the forehead, Luke left and said he would come back to take me home.
