Rishab Goenka Bajaj.

He is 36 years old and is a business man. 

He left his family after an incident( You will find out later). 

He divorced Prerna because of the incident even though he knew he would regret making the decision but he did for her happiness. Still loves her and comes back in chapter 5 after a 5 year gap as he wants Prerna back but he knows it won't be easy but he is Rishab Bajaj and he won't back down so easily. 

Prerna Sharma Modi( Used to be Goenka).

Prerna is 35 and works at the Bajaj business after Manish fell ill. She remarried Karan after her depression worried the family and after finding Rishab. She decided to follow the letter he wrote to her saying - Move on and forget me Prerna. She moved on for Rishab's sake(You will find out the truth about the letter.). Prerna was pregnant  but didn't tell Rishab. ( Rishab you are in for a surprise). 

Prerna used to hate Rishab when she was first married to him but when she got to know him. She fell in love with him. She never wanted to remarry after Rishab and she wanted to wait for him but due to Ma's condition she had to remarry. She still loves Rishab deeply.

Sneha( Kuki) Rishab Goenka Bajaj.

She is 8 years old. She misses her dad and talks to him a lot. Prerna knows but Rishab couldn't talk to her. She doesn't like her step father Karen as she senses something fishy is going on. She has a younger brother called Ishaan Rishab Goenka Bajaj and loves him to bits. 

Ishaan Rishab Goenka Bajaj 

He is 5 years old. He is the joker in the family and makes everyone laugh. Ishaan loves his older sister the most and looks up to her. He knows that Karen isn't his real father. He knows that Rishab is as Prerna and Kuki tells him about his father. 

Anurag Basu. 

Anurag is 33 years old and married to Shivani Sharma after falling in love. He is Prerna's ex boyfriend- Now best friend and brother in law. Anurag knows why Rishab left and wanted to tell Prerna himself but Rishab told him not to as his condition was worse after the incident. Anurag works with Prerna and helps her with Ishaan and Kuki along with Shivani as Karan doesn't do anything but besides play and talk to the kids. 

Shivani Sharma Basu 

Shivani is 30 years old. She is the younger sister of Prerna and wife/ childhood friend to Anurag Basu. They fell in love when they were trying to separate Rishab and Prerna at first but then they fell in love so they stopped their planning. Shivani used to hate Rishab but now he is one of her best friends and brother. (Anurag and Shivani have 2 small children at the age of 3 named Avni and Meera. They get along with the kids). 

Karan Modi Bose. 

Karan is 37 years old. He is married to Prerna but they don't love each other- They get along. Karan is Mr Bose's son and only married Prerna to get the deal and he was the one who caused the incident and wrote the note that Prerna thinks is from Rishab. He knows that Prerna would do anything to protect Rishab and the kids. 

When Rishab returns he will change towards Prerna. They sleep in the same room but not in the same bed. He stays at Goenka Bajaj mansion as it was one of Prerna's condition which he agreed too. 

The leap will start in chapter 5 as I wanted to explore their new relationship and Rishab returns at the end of chapter 6 . - If u guys have any ideas on this then pls free to comment.
