Prologue

"CASEY!" Lighla shouts as she makes her way through the crowd, all whilst holding her newly purchased food above her head. "DELIGHLA" I squeal mocking her tone as I move down for her to sit next to me on the old red rusty chairs of the stadium, lighla turns and glares at me "LIGHLA" I shout again trying to please her , this time it works and her harsh mocking gaze lightens with excitement, lighla turns and winks at a boy who whistled at her then continues walking. Delighla Spencer ( full name) is gorgeous and attracts all male attention, she has brown chocolate eyes, skinny but not six pack skinny, only child, tall but not too tall, tanned skin, and is totally a brunette, oh and fully Aussie !

I on the other hand Casey Specks was 6'2 ( taller than any of my brothers ), blue eyes, blonde hair, not tanned but not pale, 2 siblings and was half Greek, half Aussie. Not so much the show stopper.

"Honey, honey it's been too long" she says like we are an old couple as she plonks herself on the chair " well isn't this comfy , I TOLD YOU I WANTED VIP" she screams as I Burst out laughing. " OH MY GOD THIS IS SOO GOOD " I moan as I crunch down on one of her chips, "Nandos hunny Nandos !.. OH There he is in all his glory , I just want to lick him up like a - " " Forgetting he is MY boyfriend , not yours" I interrupt her ramble.. I watch as jay-comes on to the field and goes over to the cheerleaders

Just as I say this though I instantly regret it, I watch as Jai-Cee, my boyfriend , goes over to Stacey( the head cheer leader) and kisses her passionately. "OH MY GOD I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS DAY" Lighla screams as she throws the chips to the floor and grabs my hand and starts dragging me to the top of the stadium where the speakers are. Tears brim my eyes. "So-rry ligh-la no un-auth-or-iesd per-son past this po-int" the current computer nerd named Clark ? States, lighla kisses him then pulls away, Clark opens the door wide and lighla starts to speak in the mic " testing test- OK THEN ! Jay-Cee Daniels , your mum is up here wanting to give you your lucky underwear, you know the ones with the love hearts and ducks, that's Jay-Cee Daniels to the box " lighla shouts as I crack up. Jay comes running or sprinting up to the box as everyone laughs " WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU WANT LIGHLA" he shouts, "I'm breaking up with you " I say quietly , but I'm sure he can hear, "fuck you and your best friend" he snaps, "feelings mutual , now run along now, wait don't forget these" lighla says as she hands him the underwear, as she does so he shreds them to pieces and turns and walks away.

"PARTY" lighla shouts and all the boys turn and wink.

The best feeling is that I'm not alone, I know lighla - the best friend I will always have, I will find another man ? Won't I
