"yeah, so I was thinking of the business strategy and I think am gonna do one of those "Renting out villas and stuff " like what Malicai does but it would take a really long time as I have to get a Land and clear it out and then I would have to buy the supplies to build the Villa and I think the max I would need to buy a land is like $5,000,000, cause I already found my designated area and it's cute it has a beach behind it and a road leading to the beach and I think it would be a really good tourist attraction and the themes am working with are Black, White, and God and yeah I think it would be really cute what do you think??" I said explaining my business strategy to Tei.
