Rhea stared at the dark figures that stood only feet away, their only separation from them being that of a stone wall. The five figures were frozen in fear, unable to believe the brutality they had just witnessed.
"Who the hell are you?" She questioned with a glare on her face and her bow pointed towards the men, as she stood next to her father.
"Who the hell are you?" One of the five figures wondered.
"He's bleeding out." Rick informed.
Xander could feel the blood from Hershel's leg seeping onto his hands, as he tried to wrap his, already blood-soaked jacket around the stump.
"We gotta go back. Come around here." Rick commanded and Maggie quickly kneeled down beside her father's body. "Put pressure on the knee. Hard, hard! Push, push."
Maggie had tears streaming down her cheeks as she did what she was told, Glenn looked like he was about to be sick, T-Dog was prepared to defend them at all costs, Daryl and Rhea doing the same.
"Why don't you come on out of there? Slow and steady." Daryl instructed the five strangers.
Rhea made eyes contact with the five strangers but stopped when she found they were actually inmates.
"What happened to him?" One of the strangers asked, looking down at Hershel.
"He got bit." Daryl answered.
"Bit?" The stranger questioned in confusion, pulling out a gun from his waistband.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa." Rhea warned as she, Daryl and T-Dog quickly held their weapons at them "Easy now."
"You have medical supplies?" Glenn questioned as he walked inside the gated area where the strangers hid behind.
"Who the hell are you people, anyway?" The stranger questioned.
"Don't look like no rescue team." Another one stated.
"If a rescue team is what you're waiting for, don't." Rick responded angrily as pots and pans were heard clattering to the floor from the kitchen "Come on, we gotta go. Now! Come on!"
Glenn rolled a metal table with wheels back into the room where Hershel was slowly losing his life. They each grabbed onto a certain limb still attached to Hershel's body and they lifted him with ease, laying his body carefully on the long table.
"Rhea, the door!" T-Dog called for the girl.
While the others were busy tending to Hershel, Rhea nodded at T-Dog, confirming that she was ready. Without hesitation, T-Dog then swung the double doors open, but to their relief, only three walkers remained.
T-Dog took down one with his blade while Rhea shot down the two others watching them all drop to the ground dead.
They began wheeling the cart away and Rhea followed along, walking out the door.
