Who was the guy?

After an exhausting week full of classes it was finally Saturday.

Two friends who were continuously working on a group project were at last done with it that was due on Monday.

"Finally done with this shitty crap, now that Baldy won't embarrass us in front of the whole damn class."

Verena said letting out a yawn. It was exhausting working on projects continuously after lazing around the whole semester's starting month.

"I agree but you shouldn't say that about our teacher Verena that's rude."

Asterin reminded her friend to be respectful towards her teacher.

Asterin and Verna were in their second year majoring in Business Administration. They became friends on the very first day of their college and had been inseparable since then.

"Yeah, whatever. What's so cool about him any way he can't even teach us properly like giving assignments is not your only work bruh, even after we work our asses off he won't appreciate it. Forget 'bout it why don't we go out tonight plus it's the weekend we can go out and enjoy ourselves finally. Like a reward. What say?"

Verena let out in full resentment towards her teacher.

"Umm...I don't know I have some chores to do."

"Oh shut it you can always do it later, lets enjoy ourselves a bit or do you want to grow old and tell your grandchildren that all you did in your youth was just chores and assignments you boring ahh women."

"Okay, fine, you manipulative little shit."

Asterin who was done with her loud friend grunted and finally agreed to Verena's nagging.

"And wear your most slutty dress we're going to a club. We'll leave at 9."

"Ughh fine. I have no idea why I'm still friends with you"

Asterin said rolling her eyes at her friend.

"Yeah because you love me now don't waste time and get ready you slow poke"

Saying that Verena went to her room to get ready and Asterin also started getting ready.

After reaching the club Verena was very excited for the night while Asterin was getting anxious in such a loud place but she didn't said anything to her friend knowing that she really deserves a break.

Asterin glanced around the club watching youngster getting drunk and grinding their bodies on strangers. She felt chills run down her back. Being an Introvert can be troublesome but not for Asterin she enjoyed her me time and her only loud friend. Verena always insisted that she try to interact to people but she didn't felt comfortable.

They went to the bar to get drinks and after some shots Verena was already tipsy and was dancing with some guy on the dance floor. Asterin watched her friend with a gin and tonic in her hand finally enjoying herself after a tiresome week.

While getting another shot of gin and tonic Asterin felt someone's presence next to her but Asterin being an introvert didn't paid any attention to it. She was there just to enjoy the night with her friend but seems like Verena had some other plans.

"This is Nathan, and she is my best friend Asterin"

Verena came to Asterin introducing the guy she was just dancing with.

"Hi I'm Asterin. Nice to meet you."

"I'm Nathan. Umm....If you don't mind me asking what does your name means? I'm curious."
