Ever since you can remember you have never had family, well you have but they dont act like it.
When you was 4 your mother left to America to start a new life without you and your father blamed you for your mother leaving and he started drinking heavily and doing drugs leading him on to abuse you.
Oh and everyone has their own dorm!

Also you are new to Hogwarts because when you was eleven you revived a letter but your dad didn't want you to go and he also just wanted you to feel more pain then you already had. But when you turned sixteen you revived another letter from Hogwarts and your dad finally agreed because he wanted you out the house.
