- Write a physical script. It requires your
    - Full Name
     - Age
     - Birthday
     - Sexuality
     - Gender  Identity
     - Looks (i recommend looking on pinterest for face claims, eye claims, body claims, hand claims, etc.)
     - Relationships (like family, friends, partners, enemies)
     - Visuals (like what your bedroom would look like, you kitchen, where you would work, etc.)
     - Affirmations (i dont do this often, but i know a lot of people do, so i guess i recommend it, but this is optional.)
There might be more to scripts, but i have a horrible memory..

- Make sure you meditate. (You can be in any possible position, you can be laying down, sitting, or even just standing. I recommend sitting down so you won't get tired of standing up or you won't fall asleep in the middle of your meditation while your laying down)
- Once you have meditated, get in a comfortable position so you know that you wont move.
- I recommend putting on theta waves or subliminals.
- Fall asleep saying affirmations.
