After the doctor informed that manisha had hardly chances of survival. Abhishek's heart sank, he couldn't breathe. He was shocked, stunned felt like somebody choked him. The feeling was unexplainable for him. His world has gone upside down. He coughed unable to breathe. Nishchay saw his brother state and rubbed his back saying "sambhal abbu kuch ni hoga na manisha ko na noori ko" and he cried himself.
Abhishek shook his head not believing on what doctor just said, manisha laid lifeless in the operation room. He saw through the glass window a bit and He didn't knew what to do...
While dimple aunty hugged vinay uncle cried her heart out: malhan sahab humari family ko kiski nazar lag gayi?
Vinay uncle made dimple aunty sit: kuch ni hoga sabar karo aur bharosa rakho.
Abhishek saw the other way and saw noori placed inside the incubator and huge oxygen machines attached to her. Both manisha and noori rooms were opposite each others.
Abhishek looked at noori who was hardly taking breaths, his tear fell looking at his tiny daughter state.

Whole malham and manisha's family was at the hospital and manisha was in the ICU. Noori was on the incubator . Nishchay stood with rohit in the corner
Abhishek sat just beside ICU on the floor.

Dimple aunty: aisay ni kehty abbu... dekhna sab theek hojaye ga... manisha ko kuch ni hoga. Usko kuch ni hosakta.... Uski beti ko uski zarorat hai, tujhy uski zarorat hai.. woh tujhy aur noori ko akelay ni choray gi. Hum sbko uski zarorat hai.

a nurse came and handed manisha's mangalsutra to abhishek, abhishek looked deeply at the mangalsutra and remembered that him making her wear just a week before , abhishek kissed the mangalsutra and cried his heart out.

just last night she asked him why does he care so much and was about to tell him something but stopped)

(Nishchay saw abhishek sitting expressionless, he went to him and while crying put his hand on abhisheks shoulder, suddenly abhishek looked up)
Abhishek : tunay kitna theek kaha tha nonu. Ky jaldi apna gusa chordu warna kahi dair ma hojaye. Dekh nonu kia hogya bhai. Tuny toh hamesha mujjy sb dia hai jo maine manga hai bhai. Please meri haggu ko aur meri beti ko theek karde nonu. Please.
Abhishek hugged nishchay and cried his heart out.
