A few months ago, Lila hired me as her babysitter since we were close friends and i was looking for a job i agreed for the position and im taking care of skid. He is chaotic child but i tried my best to calm him.

Now currently i was laying on my couch with a bowl of candies until my phone started ringing. I groaned and slowly sat up. I held the phone and saw it was Lila calling me. I answered the phone and it to my ear.

"Hello, Lila." I mumbled.

'Hey ___ i was wondering..if you could babysit Skid and Pump for awhile? I promise ill come back quickly.'

"Rough day?" I chuckled.

Lila sighed 'Yeah, its been rough lately.'

"I understand, im on my way."

Lila sighed in relief. 'Thank you ___, your a life saver.'

I slowly got out of the couch and streched. I changed into proper clothes. I brew a coffee since i knew these kids will be a pain in the- butt. Then i walked over to my car and sat down and started the car. I took a sip from my coffee and started driving. After awhile i arrived and stepped out the car, walking over to the door. I knocked and Lila opened the door with a pile of mess in the background. Skid and Pump noticed me and imediately hugged me well..my legs. "Miss/Mr.  ___!" The kids spoke in joy. Lila sighed in relief. "Thank you again __, i owe you alot." I smiled and picked up the kids "Anytime Lila, well i have to go trick or treating with these kids. Bye Lila." Skid waved "Bye Mom!" Lila smiles softly "Bye Skid! Be a good boy okay? I'll come back,!" Skid nodded then jumped off and ran with Pump down the sidewalk. I quickly waved "Dont drink to much Lila bye!" and then i chased the kids down Lila chuckled. The kids and i walked down and guided them visiting every house for candy. Until we arrived at one house. The windows were covered in wood. I was confused and i was about to tell the kids to move to the next house until Skid knocked on the door.

Ignacio's POV:

He was sitting in a couch watching tv eating candy that he bought which he DIDNT even gave atleast one to the kids. Then he heard a knock from my door. Great, it must be more children knocking down my door. He thought to himself. He deeply hate halloween because of the kids breaking down his door just for candy. He groans and got up from the couch pausing the televison and set his candy bowl on a desk beside the door. He opens the door showing his grumpy face you can tell he does not want to socialize or talk to anyone. "What do you want." He spoke in a grumpy tone. His hands on his hips. He looked down and saw two kids and hes assuming a baby sitter. The kids grinned as i stood behind the kids in silence. The kids raised their buckets "Trick or Treat!" Ignacio sighed and crossed his arms. He was to tired to even argue or shout at them. "What are you two supposed to be..." he spoke clearly sounding annoyed. The kids grinned "Im skid and im a skeleton! And Pump my friend is a Pumpkin." Ignacio stared at the two kids then he looked over to his desk and saw the candy he ate and left as leftovers He groans and gave in. He dropped candy inside their baskets. "Now get out of here..." The kid's eyes lit up and ran off. The baby sitter behind them spoke "Thank you, i noticed you were annoyed. So im grateful." She spoke calmly. Ignacio sighed "I only gave them candy so they would leave me alone." The baby sitter said their goodbyes and walked off

Now every year these kids will come up his door. It was Spooky month again, and Ignacio was shouting and yelling at kids to leave him alone. He pinched the bridge of his nose as the kids cried and left. Now the next person in line was Skid and Pump. He sighed "What are you supposed to be this time." The kids snickered "Guess!" Ignacio grunts "Er...a skeleton and a pumpkin?". The kids nodded even if it was their costume every year they raised their buckets high. The neighbours saw Ignacio turning slightly kind to those kids and babysitter. Although the neigbours expext Ignacio to give them no candy. But instead he gave in and dropped his candy inside the buckets. "Just take it and leave." The kids grinned and ran off. Other children saw this and they were deeply upset. "How come they get to have candy?!" The kid spoke throwing a tantrum. "Maybe because..they weren't a whiny child like you. Now get off my darn lawn!" Ignacio sighs as he yells at the children grouping the would leave.

As the stranger child cried and walked off the babysitter spoke to ignacio before chasing down the kids "Thank you sir, for not breaking their little hearts." They chuckled. "You know i never got your name." He grumbles annoyed that children keeps coming to his door. He blinks for awhile and sighs. "Ignatio, my name is Ignacio." He speaks in a monotone voice. "What's yours?" He spoke trying to not sound mean. The baby sitter replied "My name is ___" The conversation had to be short because at the corner of ___ eye they spots the kids running more far than they expected. They turned to him and spoke "Thank you again Ignacio, i'll see you again soon" they waves as they chased the kids down the street. Ignacio watched them walk away with a sigh. He spoke to himself "See you next year...__"

Another year passes by

Ignacio was cleaning his guns until he heard a knock on his door. He looked up at his calendar and saw it was halloween. He grumbles and stood up. He walks over to the door opening to see the kids but without the baby sitter. 'Strange.' He thought to himself. The kids spoke interupting his thoughts "Trick or Treat Uncle Ignacio!" He was suprised the kids called him Uncle he's used to children calling him 'a grumpy old man' he grumbles, crossing his arms as he looked over at the children for a moment then he took candy from the bowl and gave it to the kids. "Let me guess. Skeleton and Pumpkin." The kids nodded and as he gave the kids candy they grinned and spoke "Thank you Uncle Ignacio! Miss/Mrs. ___ told us to say thank you to you now!" Ignacio thought for a moment. "Did they now? Hm, your welcome." He stared at the children for awhile before randomly giving them more candy. The kids were shocked. Even the neighbours were shocked at how kind he was compared to other people. The childrens eyes lit up "Thank you Uncle Ignacio!" Then Pump spoke "Uncle Ignacio...Can i ask you something?" Ignacio's eyes look up in curiosity, usually the kids take the candy and leave. "What is it..?" He spoke crossing his arms tilting his head slightly. Pump looked around then looked back at Ignacio "Do you have a crush on Miss/Mr. ___?" Pump whispers. Ignacio's eyes widen shocked and suprised. "No, i dont." He answered calmly. Skid snickered and whispered something to Pump. Pump then gave a piece of paper to Ignacio and ran off with Skid. Ignacio raised his eyebrows in confusion then looked down at the piece of folded paper. He slowly unfold it and saw a drawing of him and ___ with a small visable heart in the middle. Ignacio snorts as he glances at the drawing of him and the baby sitter, amused at the thought of the kids believing that he has a crush on ___. He rolls his eyes and looks back at the drawing. "You kids.." he looked around and quickly shoved it in his pocket. He sat down and thought the drawing was cute. But of course, he would never admit that.

Then at the middle of the night, Ignacio was falling asleep on his couch. Then the knocking on his door starteled him. He breathed heavily and was completely furious. He opened the door already shouting "WHY ARE YOU KNOCKING IN AT THIS TIME-" Then he realised it was the kids. "Oh, It's you. What do you want." The kids had frowns on their faces. Ignacio was confused. Until he looked up and saw it was the baby sitter covered in wounds. Ignacio's eyes widen then as they were about to fall Ignacio was quick on his feet and caught them. "Kids, get inside. I'll take care of Miss/Mr. ___" the kids nodded and walked inside his house. Ignacio laid them down and kneeled to aid their wounds "What happened?" He spoke to the kids as they sat at the arm rest on the couches "Well, me and Pump were walking with Miss/Mr. __ and they vanished! People found them brought them back..the people said they found them laying on the ground while red hodded people ran off" Skid mumbles. Ignacio's face fell into a dark frustrated look. He waits for them to wake up. But he realised it was getting too late. He turned to the kids "Go home kids, dont worry. I'll take care of them." The kids nodded and waved goodbye "Goodnight Uncle Ignacio!" Ignacio chuckled and waved too. He turns to __ again with a sigh. He stood up then he heard them waking up. He quickly looked back to see them slowly sitting up. They looked up at me in suprised but they seem to tired to even process whats happening or even speak. They pat the space on the couch. He followed and sat beside them. They both watched Tv in silence. His favourite sound. Then they slowly got sleepy and rested their head on his shoulder. He flinched and glanced over to them. He eased and sighed. Slowly leaning his head on top of hers too. "Im going to find them" he grumbled to himself.
