Explanations:
William Bismarck, originally a Human who lived with a rich family at first. Though during his school life, he was always distant and always focused on his school work. However, when he was about 18 years in age, he was kicked out for unknown reasons, forcing himself to survive on his own with no proper financial support.

During his time of surviving in the outside world, he has had not the best of lucks, eventually being found by a Detective named Amelia Watson who took him in due to her spotting potential in him. During his time working together with Amelia, he had a knack for analysing and having good Detective skills right off the bat, also learning how to use guns as well. Though while working with Amelia, he ran into a problem he couldn't overcome alone.

The Demon that was inside of him due to a bound contract, which isn't completed, took over his body. The Demon, confirmed to be a Demon named Asher Corvidalus, who is a Demon that is well known amongst the Demons as the Chained Demon, a rebellious Demon that rebelled against Infernal Beelzebub, yet it remained unknown to most on why that had happened before. Thanks to the help of Amelia and the rest of what they refer to the group as the Myths, they managed to seal Asher back inside of him, but came with a cost.

Due to the constant damage he took, his body regenerated and mixed the Demon power into the Human host, only to become an Artificial Nephilim, a being comprised of both Human and Demonic power. Though thanks to the help of the Apprentice of Death herself, Mori Calliope, he was able to control his power better since it was a power that originally belonged to Asher. Though when he had his encounters with the Council, a group of Concepts that was supposed to keep the balance of the Universe, things got out of hand.

Through a focused effort and thanks to the Guardian of Civilization and the Keeper of Nature, William was able to communicate and reach an understanding with Asher, forming a bond that allows them to do what they are capable of doing now. With their combined effort, they managed to seal away the Ancient Ones and change the course of the supposed Fate that was supposed to be inevitable, even the Warden of Time herself finds it strange as this wasn't supposed to happen in the first place.

Because of the events, William was approached by the CEO of Hololive, Motoaki Tanigo in becoming a Manager to keep an eye on the Council who decided to stay on Earth for the time being to experience its cultures up close. Though not too long afterwards, another Agency began to appear, an Agency known as Murakumo. Containing beings from other Universes or Realities that chose to stay on Earth for a more simplistic and easy life.

Yet no matter what, whatever William does, he always gets in trouble as he ends up becoming a host for a particular Gamut that is said to be extremely powerful and dangerous, becoming partially what is known as a Daemon. Trying to control the power and adapt it the same way he did it with Asher, he will focus on what he can do for now and make sure that no one gets hurt because of his own mistakes.
