"Do you take this man as your husband?"
A priest announced to the two individuals in white and black. A wide silence occurs once before the man finally answered.
"I.. Do.."
The man exclaimed with a shaky voice. Full of nervousness, love and anticipation. Looking in the others eyes, he slowly closed his eyes and leaned in.

It all started long decades ago. In their childhood. To the day where they met, inside a cavernous classroom, filled with people.
A small boy awoke from his slumber. His eyes were puffed from just waking up. The little boy let out a small groan as he looked at the calendar. A Monday.
"I hate Mondays... They suck! I wish it was Friday again!"
The little boy ways threw a big fuss in bed before getting ready. It was always like this. He had no interest in school. Not even having the will to even see that building anymore.
Getting out of bed was hard for him, he always wondered why it was so much more comfortable in schoolday mornings rather than weekend nights. Eventually, he got out of bed. He walked groggily toward the bathroom.
After taking a shower, he took the stool under the sink and stepped on it. He wasn't tall enough to look at himself in the mirror without the stool.
He combed his dark blue hair. From time to time, he'd look at his eyes in the mirror. He adored his eyes. A dark blue shade, just like his hair. He sighed at the thought of going back to the wretched building that he prayed to the Gods that it would be destroyed soon every night.
He walked down with slumped shoulders. Of course, his parents weren't there again. He was used to the sense of emptiness of the cavernous house. He had grown independently. Growing up, he didn't interact with people often. He resorted to reading books to pass the time.
Walking to school was enjoyable. He always observed his surroundings well. The cats on the roofs, the sunlight shining through the trees. In his perspective, mornings felt different. It felt peaceful and calm. The chirps and sounds of the birds were endearing. Hearing them sing were nice.
He heard about a new person in the class yesterday. He pushed it aside, knowing it wasn't important. He didn't socialize much, so why does it matter?
He stepped in the building. A sense of annoyance and disappointment washes over him like waves. He sat in the classroom. He was always early.
Later on, more and more pupils arrived to the classroom. For a boy his age, he was mature. Maybe because he always craved the attention of his parents, yet nothing was good enough. He grew up quickly, soon realizing all sorts of knowledge about the world. A top student since 1st grade. All he wanted was the attention of his parents. Even at least through these papers.
The new student came in late. He was slightly curious about this one. He sat on his chair and faced the teacher.
"Good morning students! Today, we have a new classmate! Let's all be kind to each other okay?"
The teacher was a kind lady, just scolding, never getting mad.
In came a boy with light blue hair and light blue eyes. A bright smile and full of energy and life.
"Hello everyone!! My name is Hiruko!!!"
Park had to cover his ears. He never expected Hiruko to be so.. Energetic.. Unfortunately, the teacher assigned Hiruko to be beside him.
"Just great.. He's so loud.. Just what I need this peaceful morning.." He thought to himself while watching Hiruko make his way over.
Hiruko sat beside the blue haired boy. He had a bright welcoming smile, ready to say an enthusiastic hello.
"Hello!! What's your name?"
Hiruko had a bright smile as he lend out his hand for the other to touch."...Park."
"Park? Just that?"
"Park-hua.."
"I'm Hiruko! Nice to meet you, Park!"
"Mhm. You too.. I guess.."
Park took his hand. Hiruko almost forgot that his hand was reaching out to him. A flush of red coloured his face out of embarrassment.
"I forgot I was reaching out my hand... Sorry!!"
"There is no need for apologies."
Park seemed to have taken a liking to the new student. Although they were complete opposites, they seemed to be a perfect match as friends. It's quite similar to "Yin and Yang".
It was rather ironic. A quiet and reserved boy, with a loud, energetic and enthusiastic one. Yet, their friendship seemed natural.
Park liked drawing. Illustrating the things in his surroundings, the individuals around him. And now, he has a favorite thing to draw. Hiruko. His smile seemed to lure him in.
"Your smile.. Your whole being.. It's so.. Captivating.. You're different from anyother.."
Parks voice was full of adoration and curiousity. Holding the wooden pencil with a sketchbook placed on the desk, he drew the brightly captivating smile of his newly found friend. Unfortunately.. Hiruko had bad hearing.. Well, I guess that explains his loud, yet endearing personality.
"I don't know what you said, but thank you!!"
"...okay."
With that, they interacted happily with each other, a rare sight of content and peace on Parks face.
