Zayn's POV
After our breakfast, I turned to Yasmine with a grin. "Yasmine, get ready. Go to your room and get dressed. We're going shopping just for you," I said, my voice filled with excitement.
Yasmine's eyes lit up, and she let out a scream of delight. "Shopping! I love shopping!" she exclaimed, jumping out of her chair and dashing up the stairs as fast as her little legs could carry her. The sound of her door slamming shut echoed through the house.
Yasmine, my sweet, chaos-causing 11-year-old daughter, always brought a whirlwind of energy wherever she went. I chuckled as I followed her up the stairs, ready to indulge her with a day of shopping in London. Our mansion in the heart of the bustling city stood as a symbol of our love and family bond. The sun peeked through the fluffy clouds, casting a warm glow over the busy street outside. As I reached Yasmine's room, I could hear her humming a tune, a bright smile on her face.
The central conflict loomed in the distance, a shadow on the horizon. Despite our joyful moments, a nagging worry tugged at my heart—how long could our happiness last in the whirlwind of fame and family? As I was thinking I was beginning to zone out but with the sound of Yasmine making too much noise, I decided to check on her to find out if she's ok. I knocked on the door saying "Yasmine darling are you alright do you need help.!" As I ran through my hair Yasmine shouted "No I'm good I just dropped my journal on the floor by accident sorry." With a sigh of relief from Zayn, he replied, "Be careful next time princess alright." As I ran back downstairs to grab my things here's my to-do list.
• Get my keys
• Water bottle
• phone
• coat
• bag
• Money/ pouch
Once I checked everything I put them all inside my rock sack I had everything checked I was just about to leave until I noticed that Yasmin was not here yet so from the loud voice I yelled as I put my hands on my hips, "Yasmin we are leaving now come downstairs or we're gonna be late for shopping!" Just as I said this I heard Yasmin yell back "dad I'm coming now!" I heard the sounds of her little feet running down the stairs grabbing her coat and her bag and stood next to me.I opened the door went to the car with Yasmin as I unlocked the door I got in the drivers seat and Yasmin went to the backseat I put my seat belt on I replied to her "Yasmin darling put your seat belt on for your safety please."
Yasmin then listened and put it on as she was
Looking out the window enjoying the view as the cars went by very fast.~Skip the car journey~
We stopped by the supermarket in London our first stop was in Primark, I got Yasmin everything she needed, got her tons of new clothes, new pants, leggings, jackets, phone cases, toothbrush, toothpaste, headphones, laptop. Once we got everything, we then went back to the car with lots of shopping bags we carried them out the shop and into the back of the car.
"Thankyou so much for buying me from the shopping spree you really didn't have to do that I really appreciate it dad I'm really happy." Yasmine replied with a smile beaming across her face.
" Your welcome Yasmine you know I would do anything for you because you are my daughter and i want you to live your life and your childhood and I want you to experience everything that you have never had when you was younger." Zayn replied as he walked to the car with Yasmine.
After that we then went to the front opened the door as I put my seatbelt on I have been listening to the radio and the songs came on I sang along with the lyrics but did my dad really had to interrupt me whilst I'm singing my heart out.
As Zayn settled into the driver's seat, the bags crammed in the backseat crinkled softly, a reminder of their joyful day. He glanced at Yasmine, her eyes sparkling with the thrill of adventure. "Ready for the next stop?" he asked, revving the engine. "Yeah! What's next, Dad?" she chirped, her voice bright with anticipation. "Just a little place I know," he said, a grin spreading across his face. "But first, I need to make a quick call." Yasmine's excitement dimmed slightly. "Is it Uncle Harry?" "Yep," Zayn said, pulling his phone from his pocket. "He's been asking about you." "Tell him I said hi!" she beamed, looking out the window as the vibrant streets of London blurred by. Zayn dialed, and the phone rang twice before Harry's voice filled the car. "Zayn! How's the shopping spree?" "Great! Yasmine's been a champ. Got her a whole new wardrobe," Zayn replied, stealing a glance in the rearview mirror. "Lucky girl! What's next?" Harry asked, the sound of his laughter infectious. "Just a quick stop at the park," Zayn said, his heart racing. The park wasn't just a fun detour; it was where they had made some of their best memories. "Oh, awesome! Make sure she knows I'm sending her a surprise," Harry added, his voice brimming with enthusiasm. "Will do." Zayn hung up, feeling a surge of warmth at the thought of their little family. "Yasmin, Uncle Harry has a surprise for you!" "What is it?" she squealed, her eyes wide. "I don't know, but he said it's something special," Zayn teased, only half aware of the tension creeping into his chest. The world outside seemed to darken as they approached the park. When they arrived, the air was thick with anticipation. "Let's go!" Yasmine jumped out, her energy palpable. "Wait, Yasmine!" Zayn called, chasing after her. "Stay close!" Suddenly, a shadow loomed overhead. A low rumble echoed, and Zayn froze. "What was that?" "Dad, look!" Yasmine pointed, her voice rising in panic. A swirling tempest of dark clouds gathered above the park. As the wind howled, Yasmine looked around frightened she did not know what to do but the atmosphere shifted as dark clouds rolled in. A low rumble reverberated through the air, and I froze. "What was that?" "Dad, look!" Yasmine pointed. Her voice trembled as the tempest above twisted ominously. "Yas, we need to—" "Run!" she screamed, her eyes wide with fear. I grabbed her hand, pulling her close. "This way!" We dashed toward the nearest shelter, but the wind howled, throwing us off-balance. "Stay behind me!" I shouted, feeling the electric tension in the air. "Zayn!" A familiar voice cut through the chaos. It was Harry, crouched against a lamppost, his hair whipping wildly. "What's happening?" "Don't know! We need to get to safety!" I replied, panic bubbling beneath my calm façade. Yasmine tugged at my arm. "Dad, I'm scared!" I knelt, meeting her gaze. "Listen, we can't let fear win. We're stronger together. Trust me!" "Okay," she whispered, squeezing my hand tighter. Just then, a crack of thunder split the sky, and I shielded her from the downpour. "Yas, we have to move! There's a café just ahead!" "Let's go!" she urged, determination flickering in her eyes. As we sprinted forward, the storm roared behind us, but my heart raced with a fierce protectiveness. Whatever this tempest brought, we would face it together.
